Like most of the other posts pertaining to Happe Homes the experience we had was terrible. During the build of our home most of the staff was around to answer questions especially if they were questions that led to us spending more money. We had a few stupid experiences during the build because the staffs lack of listening to our needs. Our biggest complaint about Happe Homes is after we closed on our house. You as a customer no longer matter because they made their money and move on to the next sucker. We have been in our home for 2 years now and Happe has failed to repair the issues after our 12 month inspection. No one responds back and if they they give you an excuse, most generally the excuse is they are too busy. The issues we have are not severe but its unfortunate that this company who claims to strive to give their customers a great experience fails in every way to do so. If you are thinking about building your home with Happe Homes, I would suggest do your research and get things in writing during the process of the build to hold them accountable to dates but even so make sure to also look into a good attorney because you may need it. Also get used to hearing, this is industry standards when you question the quality of their work.
