Summary of your complaint:House was closed after third verbal and second contracted date. Closed 4/26/22 House is still incomplete as of 7/18/2022. Quality is not what was advertised. There should not be over 30 feet in main living space without electrical from front door to kitchen. "With great pricing, and a lot of 'extras' that are standard! Use our design center to customize your home in one convenient place!" - Giovanti Homes website front page quote We got extras but we had no way to lock our home and there is no ****** code requiring the home to be secured for occupancy permit. There has also been sexist aggression towards the female home buyer from ********************* (owner).From our building consultant (**** *******). "The work as performed by the contractor is poor in workmanship. It is reasonable to expect the work to be done in a Good Workmanlike Manner which is defined as Work provided free from defects, done according to plan, and performed to industry accepted standards. That is not the case with the work performed on this project. The work performed on this project has many defects and is not according to the industry standards put forth by *********************** Installation Instructions."
