I am really torn because I have to take the vehicle back to have them fix, which i hope I don't have to pay more than the 1600 I already paid for labor alone, for some issues with the front speakers and Bluetooth. I will say this the install it self is clean and that is about all i can say positive as of right now. The install was suppose to take a day to day and a half, well it took 2.5 days and not even done. The car I have is a 2018 Dodge Charger, any update I got was hey we are done but have a few things to tighten up, then it was well we are almost done but we have run into some snags that we don't know what to do, hey when need to tune it which did not get done either and rinse and repeat. I just wish there would have been some honesty in hey we do not deal with this type of car and install and you maybe better to go else where. Something is very off with the sound. It is not very loud it all sounds muffled. I bust my butt and work on average 76-88 hrs a week plus 5 kids so I do not have time to do things myself. I have no problem paying to have quality work done but this was not. Now at any point this review can change from this to better or worse. When you spend money and pay someone to do the work, the day you pick it up should be a happy day and this was not and a very long ride home from Iowa City to Cedar rapids feeling like I got ripped off.

This customer was understandably dissappointed with his most recent interacation with us. He had provided us a variety of products to install that we do not typically sell and we were unable to get everything installed and working properly in the alotted time we had scheduled. When issues were identified at the time of delivery we immediately scheduled the customer to come back in to finish the job. This review was written in the interim prior to us having the customer back in to address his issues. Upon receiving this review we reached out to the customer to ensure we would stand behind our work and explained the circumstances that led to us not having enough time to finish the job. It sounded as if he had a few other bad experiences with other vendors and thought he may in for another bad experience. We assured him we would get things fixed for him and confirmed his appointment to get him back in. He was able to leave the car with us again to go over and finish everything and left satisfied with no additional charges. Although it is never convenient to have to make a return trip, we hope the circumstances surrounding this particular job and the ultimate outcome were a satisfactory explantion and solution for this customer.
