            I purchased a vehicle on January 4th 2022 in good faith that the car lot would not do me wrong. My vehicle prior was stolen. And was in need. I contacted them the next day January 5th because the car had major issues and I have a service contract. Its been to two different shops. The part is discontinued so it has not been fixed and cant be fixed. I contact the Chrysler dealership and they wont touch the car because the part is discontinued. No longer make it so the vehicle cant be fixed. Ive sent emails, voicemails, text messages, and they will not respond. The car is of no use. Its a major safety hazard. The car stalls in the middle of intersection Ive almost been hit numerous times and the car dealership is aware that the car part is discontinued. They will not respond nor help me. I have a warranty and have talked to them they said since the car cant be fixed I need to return it. I cannot have a voluntary return. Thats a hit on my credit. I need help.
