This Company was recommended to me by someone who had an Insurance claim, apparently that is how you get them to actually do good work. I was given a quote and was advised all wood needing replaced would have an additional charge and I had agreed to the additional charge, it was not on the quote because until they removed the Roof they wouldn't know how many pieces were needed. The same ********************* who came out with the Quote and accepted the job and $3,500 down payment with the balance of $4,000 plus $65.00 for each needed Sheet of Decking(Wood ). We had a great detailed conversation regarding the known area of Wood that needed replaced. I had another estimate but they were booked for several months so I went with this company which was a huge mistake. They sent out a Shingles only Crew who wasn't even good at replacing shingles. Not only was the bad wood NOT replaced, they shingled right over the damaged wood but the Chimney Cap looked worse than if a Kindergarder attempted to Cap the Chimney. The check wasn't picked up that day and it was hot outside. ********************* called to ask about meeting me for the balance due. My Reply to him was that he needed to look at this Roof, the Wood was not replaced and this Roof has no value this way. He immediately lied to me and said it was replaced, I said no it was not there is the same big dip in the wood. It was very obvious it was the same wood covered up with new shingles. ************* immediately told me he would place a Lien on my Property. The Roof looked bad after two days and the heat but the following two weeks show Shingles curling up. It has been on for a little over 60 days and Shingles are peeling up all over the Roof, some areas appear to have something under the Shingles. The Quality of work was horrible and the job has no Value. The entire Roof has to be replaced and will be replaced but not by this company. They sent the Crew they don't have working on Insurance claims and because I am female I was taken advantage of.
