    In September of 2021 who bought a NEW 2021 clipper camper from walnut rv family sales. After getting at home we noticed immediately the refrigerator did not work. The ** plays told us how to reset it didnt notice issues because we werent using it. after our first outing as a family we notice multiple issues with the camper. Refrigerator wouldnt work outlets in the back of the camper did not work. the outside grill it broke. Floor holding up the out door fridge was falling in!!! there was a huge list of problems when I contacted walnut ** they told me it was my problem and they would not take the camper back. Then began ignoring my calls and e mails. I called service and they said they wouldnt even look at it till January, and would tell me if they would even fix it!! I want a full refund and this camper taken back! Walnut rv is not honoring their warranty and avoiding responsibility.

    I am very disappointed with this company! I feel they have misinformed us every step of the way since buying our camper. They have finagled us from the beginning. But most recently we have had issues with a broken door for the outside compartment of our cougar fifth wheel. This started in July while our camper was still under warranty. There were a few other minor issues which were resolved but they had troubles getting a door in. There were conflicting stories about what was causing the delay getting a door which created a big feeling of distrust. Then when they finally supposedly got the door in they accidentally put the door on another camper by accident. So they told me they were going to expedite an order for another door. Today they told me they have the door and it was installed and ready to pick up after I pay a deductible and shipping fees?!! This has been going on nearly 5 months and was to be under warranty. What a shock. Why am I having to pay for something that was to be covered. And why should we be paying for delivery fees and such when this has been a disaster and nightmare since July. They should be doing something for us for all of the problems they caused us. Customer service is pathetic. At no point were we ever informed of any possible charges. They got our camper mixed up with another customer and put our door on their camper so I am thinking they have our account mixed up with someone else.
