            I was a tenant at ***************************************************************************, I rented the property from TBH Property Management. My lease ended 03/31/2023, and despite requesting my gas and sewer services be terminated via *********************, I've still been being billed for the usage of that address. I contacted *********************, and they're working on going over the recorded call in which I asked to terminate my service at ***********************. I tried to contacts TBH in order to figure out what may have happened, and instead of being given any cooperation I was spoken to very rudely and demeaningly by an Employee named ****. **** refused to put me in contact with a supervisor and hung up on me after raising her voice at me and insulting me. I called back and a male answered the phone, and proceeded to tell me that there isn't anybody to take my grievance, and that it wasn't going to be addressed at all.

            They are taking people money for app fee and know they already have people living in

            Unfortunately, once we processed her application we found out she lied. So she was denied. We are sorry for this inconvenience this may have caused. Also, the application states you should call the office first to make sure the property is either rented or has a holding fee.
