Overall the process to get a vehicle wasnt too bad. However when it comes to making payments and working with the people who handle the car payments it can be frustrating. They have careless and disorganized people working in the office. *** called in and updated information and found out weeks later that it wasnt updated. I was told I was breaching contract for their mistake. *** also called in and let them know I would be a week late and they didnt make note. This has resulted in me being threatened with repo, which again wasnt my fault. I also sent my important documents to someone who apparently doesnt work there. Then they dont thoroughly check the documents you do send to them. I recommend always taking note and receive receipts of any communication with them for your legal safety. Thats what Im going to do from now on.Review from Viki C

I had a payment that was due on Saturday I called to make the payment and was transferred to that department to make the payment twice. I wasnt successful with speaking to anyone other than that lady that transferred the call. I spoke with someone but was on the highway driving so I couldnt provide the payment at that time I also informed them that I have called. Friday ***** in the finance was so rude, nasty and disrespectful with the way he was speaking to me and I asked him could I just make the payment so that I could get back to work. He said no and hes keeping the car after I have put $2000 and attempted to make payments twice that week. feel like hes stole from me at this point. I wasnt able to speak to a manager and *** lost my second job all because he wanted to be disrespectful and pull a power move.Customer Response

I bought a truck from here February 16, 2022 paid $30139.57 including extended warranty, the truck had ****** miles on it when I bought it drove it for about 8 months put ***** miles on it and the motor went out had to take it to ********************* because this dealership does not have a diesel mechanic the extended warranty from AAGI I bought will not cover it said it had sludge all thru motor said it had been driven like that ********************* said there is no way I did that so it was like that when I bought it . A new motor is going to be around $16,000 and they can't even find one. I went to ray Skillman to cancel warranty since it is not worth the paper it is written on the finance director nor anyone else from there said sorry we sold you a piece of c*** truck. Ray skillman on 74 & post is not much better had a friend buy a truck ***** there.Review from Tasha

I purchased my car from this dealership in March of 2019 and it was brand new with no miles on it. 2 weeks later the car went out on me and I had to tow it to the shop. They said I was sold a vehicle with a malfunctioning part. Now 3 years later and my brakes have went gone out on me and the dealership isnt showing any concern. For one theyre telling customers they havent had any car loaners to give out in over a year but a guy calls me 20 minutes after seeing my car in the service department to try and sell me another new car off the lot. Honestly I dont want anymore vehicles from this dealership because they are very shady. I had my children in the car, almost crashed out because I couldnt stop , scariest moment of my life. This is my 5th new vehicle and by far the worst one Ive ever owned. I think theyre purposely selling faulty vehicles to keep people coming back! DO NOT SHOP WITH RAY SKILLMAN NORTHEAST!!!!!Review from Dani G

Went to get a car,and the salesman Zip ******* was very shady and can not be trusted.He put my boyfriend in a Kona when the engine started knocking less than a month they said it would *********** weeks or longer to put a new engine in it.He said he needed a different car,which is way more than he can afford,he also made him give him a $200.00 deposit to hold the new car,I have never heard of such practices,If you need a car go to Ray Skillman Greenwood stay away from East Washington
