Didn't tell us the extra costs up front, like travel charges. Then spent all day digging up the yard trying to find a leak, couldn't even find the active water line. Half way through the day, we discussed calling it off and cost to replace whole line. Qouted $6000 on the spot. We were ok with that. They said they needed to find the active line to do the replacement. Spent another half day and still couldn't find it. Didn't have enough back fill to replace what they dug out. Actually qoute to replace line was $11,000, almost doubled. We said no way and that they needed to finish there job of filling in the holes. Came back 2 days later, did crappy job with fill in. Still have holes in yard. Total bill was over almost $4000, 600 of which was to come back and complete the job including more travel time.

2 ppl from Accu dig was at our house for 2 hrs. pulled 2 toilets and ran the snake (?) thru both. Not finding the issue. (replaced one of the toilets without putting a new seal. not acceptable.) they both went outside in the crawl space and then tracked mud back in the house. and then one of them proceeded to walk thru the living room on the carpet with her muddy boots. they offered to "wipe it up with a rag" which we declined because that was NOT going to get it clean!they required their payment before they left. Which was $725.00. For basically doing nothing but trashing the house. this was on a Friday evening. They said they would send someone out on Monday to try and find the issue but would cost us another $700 to $1000!!We opted to call another company which came out Monday and fixed the problem in 2 hrs and cost us $260!We have called the company with our complaints and have been given the run around. The boss would not even talk to us. The last time we called we were basically told that they are done with us and they would not be reimbursing any money and that WE were the ones in error because we declined the offer to clean up and we didn't let them come back and finish the job. We do not feel that we were in the wrong and we feel this company was totally disrespectful & unprofessional! NO STARS
