              Lathrop Contracting has been my go to company for roofing, window replacement, siding and storm damage for the past ten years. The work is always done correctly with attention to detail. I have always been happy with their help in maintaining my **** Cape Cod home.

              Lathrop Contracting did an excellent job in guiding me through the process of replacing my roof after storm damage. The Owner and his Team were respectful and courteous. The day of the roofing job the team onsite was quick, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I have recommended them to other family and friends and I know they have provided services to them as well with no complaints!

              No issues until we contacted customer for payment. We completed all work that was contracted. Called to collect final payment which is 30 days past due. I was told that we would not be paid. Told him I would file a lien, and sent him notice of such. Therefore leading to this review.
