Bill's Clockworks was very professional, gave an accurate estimate, and gave an estimated time of completion... which he completed earlier! I live out of the area so had to ship the movement to ****'s. He was very good at coordinating the shipment to and from his shop. When I received the movement back he had sheets on how to reinstall it and how to adjust things also. My **** ********************* mantle clock works like it was new again! I can not recommend Bill's Clockworks with only 5 stars .... I would put him at 10 stars!!

I found Bill's Clockworks/Flora IN while passing through. I returned with my #3 sentimental family clocks for repair. ****'s work was excellent! His shop is full of clocks to purchase too. If your clock is not fixable Bill will tell you. **** is honest & fair. Stop by his shop & listen to the sounds of tranquility on the hour...wow!Bill's Clockworks Response

************************* is the BEST!!!!!! His knowledge and expertise in the repair of clocks is surpassed by no one-he is number one in this area. He has repaired two clocks for me. He first repaired my beloved old Baby ***,and it is working perfectly. Next, he repaired a vintage Moon Beam clock which is also working perfectly. ******************** is honest and reputable in his prices and warranties as well as his conscientious and consistant conmmunications. I contacted **** about repairing my 400 day clock that originally was my grandmothers as a gift from my dad while I the Navy in ****. **** told me that he had a backlog of about a year and would contact me when ready. I received the call in January and shipped my clock. After receiving the clock **** called me with with what I believed to be a reasonable price to repair and restore Roughly 2 weeks later the clock was returned to me with easy to follow directions for setting up and operating. The clock is proudly displayed on my mantel. Finding someone reputable that can repair a 400 day clock is not easy. **** is a rare find and I have no hesitancy in recommending him if you need one of these special clocks repaired. **** stands behind his work with a 2 year warranty.Bill's Clockworks Response

Contacted Bill about repairing our 400 Days ****** Anniversary clock. He is quite busy and we were placed on his waiting list. As soon as time became available, he let us know. We sent the clock this past January and when he received it, he provided an estimate of the repairs and estimated repair time. He was true to his word and kept us informed of the progress throughout. We received the clock back in record time and it started working as soon as we attached the pendulum. I can't say enough good thinks about this whole process. Great experience having a Kundo anniversary clock repaired. The work was done quickly and professionally. Communication throughout the process was great. We sent our clock to Bill from **** after searching on the web for a shop with special interest in anniversary clocks. He shipped it back to **, packaged with care and with excellent instructions. This shop has a backlog of work when you sign up. Like clockwork (pun intended) you will be notified when it is your turn to send in your clock for repair. In my experience the work done was rapid, thorough and high quality. Communication throughout the repair was excellent. I now have a family heirloom back in running order.Bill's Clockworks Response

**** did an excellent job repairing our 400-day anniversary clock. It took us a while to find someone to repair it after we discovered our 1950's era clock hidden away in a pretty much out of reach kitchen cabinet. It hadn't work for at least 20 years but **** fixed it (it had a broken gear) in a short time and now it's back in a prominent place in our living room where my wife can once again admire her family heirloom.*********************** ************, **Review from Ann & Tom S.

We enthusiastically recommend Bill's Clockworks. **** repaired and/or replace movements in our collection of family clocks. We received written estimates and instructions on caring for and winding our clocks. Bill's personal collection of clocks is impressive as well as the inventory of clocks for sale.
