So ***** was here to give me an estimate on waterproofing my basement. He was the most thorough person I have ever met. He explained everything from A to Z to me without a doubt. He was also very friendly while giving the estimate and explained things in a way I could understand. So I hope if I choose Acculevel the rest of the team are as good at their job as he is. Doesn't want to refund down-payment. Said can do the job in two to three weeks. Called about five days after I put half down and about six weeks out,Over the phone I said cancel the job, salesman said I will email you a refund form. Never did, stated to send me a form to sign to start the job, text,call and emailed many times, finally answered back and said policy is 72 hours after down payment and signing form to start work. He never gave me any paperwork and the only thing I signed was for the down payment. Credit card machine didn't have any thing written on it. His name is ****************** from ********. The job is canceled and he says no refund on down payment. I'm not standing for that.Acculevel, Inc. Response

***** was amazing!!!! We needed someone to come out to look at our basement leaking and needed to see if it was an urgent issue or something super serious. I reached out to the company and within the same day I was contacted to schedule and set up an appointment. We were able to have someone come in within 2 days of contacting the company. ***** was amazing when he got here. Not only was he thorough with checking out our basement and looking at everything, he was so knowledgeable about every aspect with it. He taught us a lot about what needed to be done, our basement and just the whole entire process. He spent lots of time answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with everything. We plan to move forward with the company and their services in a few months because of *****.Acculevel, Inc. Response
