      This company deserves no stars and I regret not looking at all the horrible reviews before I had my visit with the service center on 3/14/2024 I went in for an oil change, breaks to be checked and a problem with my headlights. When I left the dealership my car was in worst condition than when I brought it in. My car was shaking so bad I could not even do the speed limit on the express way which was very dangerous if I could explain the feeling it was like my car was a basketball being drippled. The next morning now I have no heat or air blowing out which worked great before I took my car into this service department. I went back furious and let them know I have been over charge for just getting an oil change and now my car is in worst shape that it has ever been in. They of course took up for their faulty no integrity having mechanics and said they did not do anything they was not supposed to do and that they will rotate my tires and test drive the vehicle to make sure it is not shaking why did i let them do that now all of a sudden I have a flat tire (I have brand new tires) I take car to DISCOUNT tires this morning and now I have a bent rim. i have not had a bent rim not hit anything to have a bent rim. This dealership is responsible for messing up my car and taking advantage of me thinking I will come back and spend more money with them but they are mistaking. I believe their mechanics take working ********* your car for their own personal needs or the dealership just has no integrity what so ever and they create more problems for your vehicle so you can come back to be over charged again. You will not get me and will get what is coming to you for my pain and suffering and also could cause my children and I to be in an accident not to mention it is still cold out so my children and I have to ride in a cold car. I know they did these things to my car and I will not let up till it is fixed. WARNING Never go here like the rest of the reviews say !

      I have tried to get a loan for a vehicle several times and it never falls through for predatory lending.They have ruined my credit report with hard inquiries.I have over 20 hard inquiries on my credit from them.

      Avoid this dealer at all costs, they're a complete scam. They gladly took a deposit from me for a car, then continuously pushed back the delivery date over and over again. They would say it's literally on the truck from ******* and would be there tomorrow and then tomorrow it was never on that truck. This continued for awhile until I asked for my deposit back. Magically, the car was suddenly on the lot a few minutes later.

      They lack the ability to communicate with anyone! They are so ****** they are on *********. You get what you pay for and it seems they do that with every employee. Talking to customers like we are on the streets... non professional non caring they need to have the contract removed y ***** shouldn't allow this garbage to have the ***** name.

      In 2020, my daughter bought out the lease on her ***** Equinox and purchased the 3 year extended warranty with it. The vehicle has always been serviced by a local ***** dealership. After relocating to ************, Blossom Chevrolet was the closest. In March, it didnt sound normal and shut down on her. Blossom diagnosed it with a bad battery the first trip, a loose cadalac converter bracket the second trip, and then blamed her for running it out of oil the final trip. This is when I became involved. By doing some research, I found that this Equinox is known for a timing chain issue. This was when I realized that Blossom was failing as an accredited business!! They had told my daughter that the warranty adjuster had been there and decided that because she ran it out of oil, the warranty would not cover the blown engine. I contacted the warranty company and was told that nobody had been contacted nor had any paperwork been filed. Blossom took the route of ** ASSIST, stating that ** would pay 30% of the repair leaving us with $6000+ to cover it. At this point, we decided that the vehicle needed to be towed 250 miles to someone that we could trust. Within 2 weeks, my trusted dealership filed the warranty claim, found the new engine, installed, tested and returned the vehicle to us. Blossom Chevrolet points of failure:1. Taking advantage of a woman that has no idea what is wrong with her vehicle. 2. Lying about the warranty claim. I dont understand the reasoning, other than to profit off a woman that thinks she has no other choice. 3. Lack of Leadership- I was told the ** and Service Manger are basically the same person. When finally in contact with this so called manager, I was immediately connected to a service writer.4. Charging for misdiagnosis. One would think that the most common issue with a vehicle would recognized by an accredited service department. 5. Communication. Answer/Return calls as expected. I could go on

      I was mislead by them resulting in me incurring over $5k additional debt. There are a manipulative and predatory company that will tell you anything to get your money. I would not have made this purchase knowing what I know now. I was under the impression that part of my trade in was a cash value, and the remainder of what I owed would be paid off by Blossom. What happened was they added $5,661.03, my payoff amount for trade in, to my new car loan instead of paying it. They kept their word on the cash value they offered, but lied about paying the rest off. Then when I addressed the issue the employees acted like they did no wrong and I was tripping. All I know is obviously Blossom Chevrolet misrepresents what is truly occurring. They are not worth your time and do not deserve your business..

      This business is a rip off ! First they had my car for a week .. Got it in on Friday February 4th ... Then called and said they would let me know something on Saturday and I called on Saturday and they was closed ! Monday comes they call and say they just begin the diagnosis on the car it was put on a machine ... and said every 2 hours would be charged $270 ... I told them to give me time to think of what I wanted done and he said I had 30 minutes to decide .... I called back before 30 minutes and told them to stop .... They said to me if they kept going for another 2 hours it would be another $270 added to the $270 I was already at .... And telling me that the car was still in diagnosis and no telling if they can find the problem in the next 2 hours ... And the still would have to pay more out for the part and labor ...So I told him to stop don't do anything else ... It was too high ... I can't afford this ... He said he stopped and pick up car when I can with a tow truck ... The next day I came with tow truck and paid for my vehicle and it was $270 spoke to him in person and he never put the car on machine !!! He lied on the phone saying they did put car on machine ... In person he said it was never put on machine ! Said they did it by hand ... They didn't know where my car was its a 2008 ***** Malibu color was white ... They had no idea where it was so tow man could get it ... After I paid them the $270 ! I want my money back it's not right to do this to customers !! Who knows if they even touched the car ...but I believe it was way to much ! And nothing was done ! I will never go back there ... Wen I first called them to take my car in nobody told me it was gonna be $270 2 hours .... They said $135 to put on machine ... That was all I was told .... I don't recommend this company to anyone !!!! I want my money back !! His name was *********************** there ... My name is *********************** ...

      This business is deceitful. They do discriminate against women. I was referred there by my Attorney after filing bankruptcy. I contacted them and filled out the paperwork which was sent electronically. First, they didn't count all my income, I had to tell them to look for the other attachment, secondly I was told I would get a low mileage car that would work for me. What I got was a car that had been sitting on the lot the longest that they wanted to get rid of. I am a senior citizen with knee replacements. They gave me a 2014 ******* Veloster which sits low to the ground, and it had ****** miles on it. When I test drove it I told them the car idled rough, but was ignored. Because I was in desperate need of a car I took the car which was a big mistake! Within 24 hours the check engine like came on, when I contacted them the salesperson said it was an "as is" and I would just have to bring it in and have service work on it. When I called their service department they told me to find a ******* dealer which I have. Within the first 2 months of owning this car I have spent over $800 trying to get it to run right. Also the CarFax they gave me had false information from their dealership. It stated they had replaced an 02 sensor and I have had to replace both of them and the mechanic who replaced them stated there was no way it was replaced because of all the carbon on the sensor. They really don't care about their customers.
