              I was a tenant in these apartments for 3 years always on time with my rent. The office never answered the phones and when they do, they are unknowledgeable about issues of their tenants.I've been reaching out to them about my deposit for over 3 months via phone calls and emails to still have no answers. The property manager is never in office or unavailable doesn't respond to emails at all and the other person in charge never has answers and will always get back with you to never get back with you. They will not provide a number to anyone above them or their human resources ***** It is just a horrible experience, if I could give a half of star I would.

              These apartments let my apartment flood from water heater my carpet has been soaking wet and water heater broken for 5 days. I have mildew and mold everywhere. The maintenance sent a message saying they would be out today and never showed up. This is against the law for residents to be without hot water and also the living conditions of mold is against the law and this company does not care
