  Today I called to check on a car they had for sale. A 2014 *** 535i listed on their website for $11,995.They still had it and we're happy to show it to me. I arrived and they were very pleasant folks. The salesman was very personable and always polite. As was the owner.About 1 min into the test drive the *** I was test driving went into reduced power mode and the check engine light was on. We returned.The owner said that last week it had done that, he was aware of it and had already ordered the part and assured me he could fix it. The ***** solenoid....pretty typical *** stuff. While a car essentially breaking down on a test drive is never a good look, I realize I'm buying a 10 year old German car. If he knew it was bad.... it would have been nice to have had a heads up when I initially called. But hey...people get busy and forget things. Stuff happens, right?I had some other cars to look at and told him I would most likely be in touch as all of the cars I had looked at so far we're not as nice.I looked at the cars, decided I wanted the car at Americas Auto Financial so I called ******** I'm not sure if it was because I said all the others cars I looked at weren't as nice.....or if this is typical of the way they operate......but now the price was 12,500.Hmmm....why?Well apparently all those prices on their website are as-is prices.....so if I want them to fix the car then I have to pay.Yeah..... honestly thats what they said. So beware......all those cars COULD have known issues.Then when they sent the final price now they are also charging a $650 RECONDITIONING ****** they are polite, they are nice.....but absolutely are just as shady and sketchy as every other dealer out there. I sure hope the nice salesman finds a job at a better dealer before his boss ruins his reputation.Thank you for the good service *******.

  Super nice people. But they should be while they knowingly sell you a used car that has a catastrophically damaged engine. My son found a car he liked at this lot, and I went to test drive it. The manager went with me to force me into a neighborhood, then drive right back to the dealership. I didnt think much of it at the time, but when he acted super shady about when and how we should pick it up, I got suspicious. Open picking up the car, we noticed a small rattle coming from the engine. I took it to my mechanic to find out that it needed a new engine. The ****** dealership that did the work sent me pictures of the obviously novice attempt at fixing the engine. The used engine and work cost me almost thirteen thousand dollars. They knew it was in need of an engine and never said a word. The obvious damage to the engine made it apparent that they tried to band aid it together to get the sale. Ill never buy here again and Ill tell everyone forever that they are scam artists.

  I loved how transparent and honest this dealership was. They sent videos, answered all my questions and I was welcomed and treated like family. It has a variety of options too! Affordable and dependable. Thank you IKe for all you do. Thank you Kal for taking your time with me to get the deposit and thank you staff for all you do. I will be buying another Mercedes soon.

  I financed a car with this dealership and both banks backed led out of deal. I put down 5500 down payment and they kept my down payment. They avoided my calls and didn't return my calls. They lied to me about store credit for my money.

  This dealer sells quality luxury cars for reasonable price amount. They helped me as soon as we got into the door. I was really pleased when I got this car yesterday and it’s a beautifully looking car kept in great condition. If your looking for used or new luxury cars I would recommend this dealer.

  I purchased a 2011 BMW from this location last year of 2022. Immediately within the first month there was a lot of problems with the engine. They did a rush sale making it seem if I didn’t purchase the car right away someone else was interested and ready to buy. There were transmission and engine leaks, and a lot of codes that popped up via the computer all within THE FIRST MONTH. After making them aware of the problems they referred me to their mechanic where my car remained for 4/5 months! When I asked if they can take the car back because it was so many problems they told me it was no longer their responsibility and stopped taking my calls. My bank whom the loan was through had already paid in full so there was nothing else I could do at that point. Once my car was finally out of their mechanics shop within two week it not only had the same problems but an airbag needed to be replaced. Please be aware and proceed with caution when purchasing a vehicle from this establishment.
