Dear BBB and reviewers, I had a very positive and productive experience July 2022 in participation in a Nurse Refresher Course through Professional Healthcare Education Services, INC (PHES). I received pertinent information that met the conditions-requirements of the Texas Board of Nursing for registered nurses. My registered nurse skills and knowledge base were refreshed and fortified for my future nursing practice. I also was reviewed by the Texas Board of Nursing (BON) to affirm my fitness and competency to safely practice nursing after completed the refresher course. My nursing license was granted renewal today September 26, 2022 by the BON. I am very grateful to have a wonderful experience that will benefit me in my services in a nursing career coming up I hope before the end of this year.Review from Brenda H

I chose PHES to take my refresher nursing course and so glad I did! I was a bit nervous as I hadn't worked as a nurse for about 6 years but the classes (virtual) and simulated clinicals really helped me get back into the groove of nursing. Additionally, I was able to do in-person clinicals through PHES and I am so glad I did. Cynthia and Yvette are very professional and helpful in assuring you through the process and helping you every step of the way. I would definitely recommended PHES for anyone looking to take the refresher course or any other service they offer!Review from Sarah J

I am so thankful I chose PHES to take my nursing refresher course. The staff answered all of my questions with personal phone calls and emails and even worked with my time difference being in Alaska. I enjoyed the online simulated clinicals, they were challenging but gave me confidence in my clinical reasoning skills after being out of field for over a decade. Not only have I received my Alaska nursing license since taking the course but recently got accepted into grad school. I contacted PHES to help me activate my Nursing license. Yvette and Cynthia were very helpful. They answered my questions over the phone as well as through emails. I could always reach them. Yvette is knowledgable and current on nursing education. I am so grateful to them for helping me to activate my RN license!! PHES was an absolute blessing and an answered prayer for me. They are the most helpful in every way. I can still email them with questions and they promptly reply. I am very excited to send my review on what I think about PHES Inc. I highly recommend this school for any one who needs a refresher course. The staff and management are very professional as well as caring. I cannot say enough wonderful things about PHES. I took the refresher course and endorsed from another state. They were thorough, and walked me through the entire complicated process. They had my back 100% and made sure I had everything I needed. Ms. ******* was incredibly knowledgeable in her lectures and responsive and thorough when I had questions. Ms. ****** was professional and completely up to date on the process of endorsement from out of state. Both took time out of their busy schedules to call and personally answer questions. It was an amazing experience. I am so grateful to have found this program to get my RN license active!Review from Melissa M

I highly recommend this school. Both Cynthia and Yvette are professional as well as courteous and understanding. They took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they were. I felt like they cared about my well-being, and not just wanted my money. I took the Nurse Refresher Course, and it was money very well spent!
