Fantastic Customer Service! Robert ******** was punctual, professional, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable during the entire process. He explained everything logically, took the time to educate regarding all aspects of the applications, and was exceedingly patient every step of the way. I made the mistake of paying money upfront to AIO for computer services that I had to cancel. Getting my money refunded was an uphill battle that consisted of promises that never happened starting on 10/16 through 11/30/2021. After a phone call to Robert and several emails to him asking for my money, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Never at any time did AIO refund my money. In fact, on 11/30 Robert emailed me that I owed them a $29 cancellation fee per their payment agreement. It wasn’t until my bank contacted AIO with my dispute that I got this resolved, not by AIO but my bank who intervened. Their business practices are very unprofessional. Beware.

I kept having pop-ups on my desktop computer, usually 4 at a time that I had to manually close out one at a time. This kept happening over and over for months. Recently I began getting barraged by them, getting 10-15 consecutive pop-ups at a time, requiring me to manually delete each of them. It got to the point where it was interfering with my online work so I called AIO Integrations and talked with Richard about my problem. He tried to help me but was unable. To be fair, though, I had called him on a Saturday where he didn't have access to the tools he needed to fix it. The following Monday he had his supervisor(?) Robert contact me and over the course of the week Robert worked on my computer with me remotely. He spent uncounted hours with me scanning my machine and removing a bunch of viruses which were causing the pop-ups. He did a lot of work going through my machine and making sure everything was as it should be. He also helped me download Malwarebytes for further protection. I can't sing the praises high enough for this wonderful company and especially to Robert. They saved my computer and everything I had on it. Don't hesitate to contact them. The computer you save may be your own!
