These blinds are PERFECT! They were very easy to install, they are high quality and I can already feel the temperature difference in my home which means I will save money on my electric bill. Blinds.com is an excellent company to work with. I will be ordering more for my home, this is a great company. Blinds.com have not been easy to work with. Although they sent out a 3rd party to measure our blinds and received the correct measurements (as I was with the gentleman to verify the measurements), they then proceeded to send us incorrectly cut custom blinds. Some of the blinds that arrived were also damaged/poor quality frames (some were bent too). We were offered a partial discount, but given a hard time with regard to being able to obtain a better quality blind. We've called in on 3 separate occasions trying to escalate a resolution with their "service elevation folks" and been promised a call back 3 times. They have not only failed to call us back, but each time extended the "alleged timeframe" that it will take for a response. We were initially told 2-3 business days, then 3-5 business days, and most recently 7-10 business days. Apparently, no one is available to handle a service elevation when you call them. Meanwhile, we have 30+ incorrectly measured blinds/boxes filling up one of our garage bays. We have taken off of work for both measurements and an unsuccessful installation. In addition, we've tallied up over 3 hours of phone calls trying to get resolution and they wanted us to take off again for more measurements to be taken. Blinds for my entire home were installed in December 2023. Upon installation, the installer noticed there were manufacturing issues with 10 blinds. He input a reorder into his tablet and mentioned the new blinds would arrive via mail in 30 - 60 days and then I could call to schedule a re-installation. I waited around and they never arrived, so I called Blinds.com customer service number on April 6, 2024. The rep mentioned the color of my blinds was no longer available and she was going to have to look into the matter and call me back within 2 weeks. However, I never received a call, text message, or phone call regarding a resolution. I called today to get a status update, and not only was the phone rep very rude, but he told me that there is no resolution that can be offered to me because too much time has lapsed. I asked him to escalate to a supervisor and he refused. I am extremely frustrated, as Blinds.com touts that they have excellent customer service, but I have experienced nothing of the sort. I hired them to measure my windows, so it is not my responsibility that they were not manufactured correctly. It is also not my responsibility that their installer never properly re-ordered the blinds as he said he would. I also called to get this taken care of back in April, but that was another lapse in service. And today was the worst, as he was very rude and raised his voice several times. If Blinds.com really cares to rectify this, they will offer me an escalated point of contact that can help make this right, instead of just giving a generic response telling me to call their 800 number.Blinds.com Response

I ordered a pair of their economy blinds nothing special. Being in stock it said quick ship, 2 days after purchase. After checkout the shipping was updated to two weeks for one set of blinds. That was too long so I called to cancel. 1 hour and 38 minute wait no answer! I then sent a message in their live chat with my order number and all info in plenty of time before 24 hours. They still sent out the blinds. Not happy with blinds won’t be back.Blinds.com Response

Using your email I was able to locate an order for 1 Quick Ship 2" Cordless Faux Wood Blind that was ordered on 08/16 and delivered on 08/23.
