Please by very careful purchasing any vehicle for Parkway family Kia. Shady sales people. They over charged me for my vehicle. When I brought it to their attention they figured out the sales to to be the same price as my trade in. I tried to trade in my vehicle and the non dealers saw the note somewhere that I overpaid. Non this same overpriced vehicle has been in their shop for two months and they cannot fix it. PARKWAY Family cannot seem to make this right! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!Review from Daniel F

Please choose a different provider! I bought a car here on august 2023, 3 days later gave me troubles A/C stopped working and Radio and car screen I was glad Raphael from Finance (the only helpful person over there) helped me with the extended warranty and I was able to take care of the Radio and A/C still it cost me $500 deductible and $600 for a wire with the A/C was not covered by Warranty. They lie about they inspected the cars! Now car is giving me more issues the stability track and other functions are not working! I really feel so scammed. I took it to a different dealer don't want to do business with them ever! Avoid these place! I regret making business with them!Review from Tionna P

On September 7, 2022, I had an appointment with Rebecca, but I was directed to work with Tijuan. Tijuan was able to find a 2016 Chevy Cruze that I test drove and decided to purchase. I Unfortunately, I did not receive my car until 30 days after the purchase date. After I received my car on October 7th, 2022, I noticed that the engine light was on while driving it. Consequently, I returned the car and received it back a week later. Unfortunately, the car broke down in my driveway the following day, October 8th, 2022. . Subsequently, on October 20th, 2022, November 19th, 2022, my vehicle broke down once again on November 21st, 2022, while I was driving on the highway. The dashboard displayed an engine overheating message. After retrieving my car on November 26th, 2022, I was assured that nothing was wrong with it. However, on December 7th, 2022, my car broke down again, citing the same engine failure. My vehicle was in the possession of Parkway Kia from December 7th, 2022 until March 2023. On April 4, 2023, I returned the loaner vehicle to Parkway Family Kia. Approximately a week later, on April 13, 2023, I received a text message from Parkway stating that I had damaged the vehicle. However, I did not get into a wreck in the vehicle. The following day, Parkway reported the alleged damage to my insurance company, stating that I had authorized them to do so, which is not true. After experiencing months of issues with Parkway Kia, including being blamed for the car I purchased, being threatened, taken advantage of, and being forced to be "grateful", I decided to write a review on April 28, 2023, citing my experience with this dealership, especially after my car once again broke down. Unfortunately, Russell informed me that he could not provide a loaner due to my Google review and my refusal to accept the false damage claim. As a result, I am still without a vehicle and unable to commute to work.Review from Sheena S

For those trying to navigate this difficult market for new cars, overwhelmed by the lack of availability yet simultaneously feeling bombarded with the multitude of options for add ons, accessories and warranties, I strongly recommend visiting Parkway Kia. At Parkway they take the decisions out of your car-buying experience – making ALL the decisions on your behalf. If you are looking for a traditional dealership feel of 30 years ago when the salesman would push a vehicle on to you, ignore your interests and concerns, then rack up an additional $10k in unnecessary add-ons THEN AGAIN I would strongly recommend Parkway Kia. At Parkway Kia they will showcase one option for your buying experience, pretend to care about your price point and financial concerns, then advise that finance would be right with you. Once an hour-and-a-half goes by with no sight of the salesman or finance you’re only miraculously saved once you threaten to walk out – it’s 9 pm and your 4 year old has not had dinner. Finance whisks around the corner at the last second brandishing their paperwork and calculators like a sword and shield to save the day. In his office he reviews the monthly payments, which have suddenly increased by $150 a month due to nearly a dozen additional unnecessary warranties. Then he is stymied by the most basic questions about the price of the car – about $4k higher than sticker price. Never during this process did a manager meet with us or even greet us – not sure how we were missed given we spent almost 4 hours at the dealership. While this service may be beneficial and even appreciated by some, we walked out. The vibe was not right and we felt swindled. It seems we were pinned as an easy sale with minimal effort.Review from Jessie J

They have had my car 2 months, and still not fixed, they have been paid and now they are saying I need to pay for a battery because it's dead. They have had my car for 2 months the battery worked fine when it was brought in. I dont understand why i have to pay for their negligence. When I call I get voice-mail and then no one returns my call they just text meReview from Megan V

Do NOT waste your time. You expect car dealerships to try their best to swindle you and Parkway takes it to the next level. I'm glad I got out without spending a dime. I requested an out the door price from Parkway on a used vehicle and asked them to break out the fees for me. The base price was great and in the text I received the fees were exceptional (only charging the state required registration fees). Should've known it was too good to be true. I was able to negotiate them down quite substantially but elected to walk away. No harm, no foul. After thinking about it over the week, I decided it was a good deal and asked if they would still honor the deal. Conveniently, I received a call this time instead of a text (got smarter about covering their tracks, I guess). I was told that the Sales Manager agreed to the deal so I went in today to do the paperwork. Imagine my surprise when the price had gone up over $1200 in just 4 hours. The excuse was that my trade in had depreciated that much (amazing how bad depreciation can be in a week - wonder how Carvana and others can let their offers stand that long...). I told the Sales Manager that this is now the second time they lied to me and that if they weren't going to honor what they told me to not waste my time. He claimed it was just a miscommunication.... If you choose to do business with these guys, look at every line and pay attention to your final price not just your payment! I was planning to pay cash and during the initial negotiation when they couldn't meet my walkaway price they suggested that I just "put it on a credit card." These guys are predatory.Review from Upset Consumer

This dealership is horrible when it comes to service. For over a year they had my name contact info and other important info for my vehicle incorrect. When I had a serious issue I brought it to them, they said a new motor for 7K was needed before even looking at the vehicle. 2 weeks later they actually look at the vehicle because KIA HQ forced them to and I get a message saying it was running with a knock but after we have been diagnosing it the engine does not do anything. Does not start, turn over, nothing. You need to buy a new motor. So I am responsible for buying a motor you were asked to take apart and see if minor fix, instead you start, drive, and destroy my motor and tell me to just buy a new one. Absolute trash service from the dealership and KIA for not stepping in to assist.
