this place is a joke i’ve had problems out of my truck since the day i brought it home the heater core started blowing coolant thru the air vent and they baught the 30$ part and i guess just expected me to do the 800$ in labor to change i also spent 600$ to fix the ac after it went out only 4 days later ithen also had the water pump and the radiator go out at the same time they then sent their mechanic to change the water pump and radiator and it took him 2 days to do it and it still has always had a leak i add coolant to it atleast once a week they also sold me a truck with “206k” miles and when i ran the car fax on the truck come to find out in 2015 this truck had 289k miles and fast foward 2024 had 206k miles ? kinda odd if you ask me and that was never disclosed to me that they were selling me a truck with over 300k miles on it fast foward almost 6 months the rear end is bad the ball joints failed and trashed the front end and it leaks on average 3 quarts of oil a week it also leeks power steering fluid and still has a coolant leak. also the cover on the bottom of the transmission has the wrong cover on it and they only installed it with 1 single bolt when they put the transmission in right before i got it the guy charlie is the absolute worst person i’ve ever met he argued with me about the transmission only having 1 bolt and almost forgot to mention the fact that the tracker they installed was done incorrectly and the wires they tapped into melted together behind the dash and fried both fuse boxes charlie also argued at the fact that the tracker was on a fuse whitch it absolutely was not on a fuse nor did the wires that they tapped into the ignition even have tape or anything on them.

Matthew, your aggressive phone call a few weeks ago and this review is the very first time you have expressed any major problems with the truck which you have had in your possession for 6 months and driven over 15k miles since you purchased it. We just received the property back today and it is clear that you have driven this truck to failure. You claim on your application that you are a mechanic and told us several times that “any issues that might come up were no problem” for you to fix. As a mechanic you know that when ball joints are worn out and about to fail, they make a lot of noise, they also cause your tires to wear unevenly causing the truck to drive rough. We don’t manufacture the parts, so we are not sure why your complaint is with us. During the phone call when you were yelling about the ball joint/front end failure, you stated that you were going to “drop this mother***** on your doorstep”. Charlie said that he was speaking to you respectfully and would not be cussed and yelled at, you hung up, so he was unable to even discuss a solution or anything else with you. As stated in the contract you purchased this truck AS IS, which means we are under no obligation to repair or buy parts once the truck is in your possession. Any parts we did purchase or help you repair was us going above and beyond the contracted terms because we believe in keeping our customers as happy as possible. It was your decision to purchase this 2004 Chevrolet, having taken it on an extensive test drive and agreed to the terms in the contract. You knew the truck was 20+ years old and most of the parts you are having issues with are designed to wear out. As for the GPS unit, it is not wired into or anywhere near the ignition, it is not a starter interrupter, so it does not need to be near there. If there is a problem with the ignition wiring, it has nothing to do with our device. Upon inspection, it doesn’t show any melted or burnt wires near where the unit was installed before you removed it. The wiring harness was still taped up exactly as it was when we installed it.
