Hello my name is Kyle, they are very aware of who I am. I had bought a truck from them a red ram and that idiot lied to me at the sale and said nothing was wrong with the truck I bought and I later found out there were spark plug issues I did go back to the dealer ship after some time and notified that there were issues and I asked if there was anything they could do. I was told no basically so I changed them myself, then it was good for about 3 days, then the same issue so I went back and told them there is something actually wrong with the truck. I was told basically to come there and they would “check” it and the bare minimum was done was appreciated tho. But was told they couldn’t do anything. So I fixed them again and once again they were messing up, and which led to me calling back and for talking to police and filled with the general attorneys office but received no help, and after all the money dumped into that truck it eventually died on me while I was driving on the road and I literally could have died, and when I tell you it just died I mean the steering wheel locked the engine smoked had no control of the truck and just prayed it would stop and by god it did, and I had called the police when it happened for help and explained the issues I have had and when I told him where I bought the truck from he snickered as if he knew something I didn’t. Which was apparent. It eventually was towed and put in a yard and I even explained this to representatives from different organizations and got no help, I eventually VOLUNTARILY gave it up to them and they took it back, and they eventually sold it I believe and guess what’s the kicker i apparently STILL OWE MONEY, I honestly wish I had help because I would have had the power to sue the actual **** out off y’all because I’m sure you have done it before to other people. I don’t blame the company I blame the man that sold it to me. Oh btw bought it in my birthday, what a gift it was :)
