I would advise anybody to stay away from this company if possible. We were towed from a private parking and when we called the guy was extremely rude when I was just asking for information about the vehicle because never been in a situation like this. We walked through a bad part of town to get to the storage lot and as soon as the guy got back he had an attitude from the beginning. He threaten to kick us out because he didn’t like the way my daughter was responding to the way that he was talking to us. My daughter put her license down a little too hard on the counter and it fell off of it onto the floor he told my daughter to come pick it up but then open the door and threw it out and as my daughter was down there picking it up. Her car is low profile and he scratched the underneath of her car in the front and of course has been rude about it. He was talking about how my daughter needs to learn how to behave and a simulated that I know about towing because I’ve been arrested (which is not the case I was questioning the charges)I will be reporting to the TDLR and anywhere else that I can leave a review. He was trying to charge us a private property tow impound fee and storage fee when the car was there for less than an hour. Not Arguing the tow But the scratches on the vehicle and how disrespectful and rude the guy was is completely unacceptable. We aren’t from Galveston & this company gives a bad name to towing!

This customer was towed because she parked her car in a paid parking lot and she did not pay to park there. The vehicle was picked up by my company at 10:47 pm and she came and pick it up at 11:59 pm. Our Company has a video of the transaction that took place outside the area of releasing the vehicles. She lied about the driver trying to .. the video shows this didn't happen. What the video does show is she and her mother are very ugly verbally to the driver. Also, we have pictures of the vehicle prior to picking the car up and the damages she claims were there prior to our company picking up the vehicle. I have a video of the entire event that took place at my Storage lot. It saddens me to see how these people are trying to destroy my company name and make false reports. This all would not happen if they would have paid the meter to park. Also, the Galveston Police were called out and they did not see anything wrong on our part in the tow or otherwise.

In response let me clear up a couple things. 1. Never questioned the tow only questioned the fee. 2. Your driver was rude from the moment that I called about the car & the moment he got out of the truck. 3. My daughter was the one that called the cops & when they arrived she told them that I separated them to diffuse the situation between them and I handled the rest of the transaction. 4. I was remaining calm to get the transaction done despite the rude vulgar actions of the driver. 5. I know that there were cameras & that’s why I said what I said because it’s the truth. 6. The point was that your driver didn’t need to act the way he did. If he wouldn’t of been rude it would of been a complete different situation. Like I said we aren’t from Galveston & the downtown area we live in on weekends & at night are free. It was our misunderstanding & that’s why we weren’t disputing the tow just the actions & treatment by the driver. Have a blessed day!

One more thing the scratches were under the front of the car. Her car is a low profile car & yes those were from your driver.
