Hired Allied Septic due too standing water above the tanks. February 26th 2021 Allied came and looked at the outlet and advised of total system failure, although I could use my plumbing fine. quoted me upward of $4500 dollars to hydro jet my outlet lines claiming a cost of 35/foot. Including the cost of pumping two 500GL tanks. When I told lead contractor this was too expensive and not affordable she became pushy and lowered the price to $3500. When I told her this was still too expensive she started to look for something worth of value to barter. Which would equal the requested quote. After guaranteeing that the system would be functioning and fully restored , they begin to hydro jet the line. They didn’t even have to dig a hole as the hole was dug prior to their arrival to make for a quick and simple inspection, diagnosis, and solution. An hour and a half later and based off their visual inspection I was advised my problem would be solved. Few days later, I have standing water again worse than before. I message Angel and send her pictures but struggle with responses until she forwards me to another installer. They agree to come out and jet the lines again a few weeks later, again advising this would solve the issue of standing water. I pay labor again for the day for a job that should have been completed. An line was broken and pulled out rather than repaired, and a few days later again standing water. I gave allied septic the benefit of the doubt and waited a few weeks in hopes the water would subside, avoiding washing dishes, laundry, even showers at times. When last speaking to angel she advised that maybe a pump would solve the problem for $1500+ or a new system install for $12,000+. ***Two and a half months and close to $4000 and the same problem is still there.*** This company can pump your septic tank, but I would not recommend for thorough maintenance or install. -*Unfortunately the service did not reflect the level of experience the company prides itself on. I’ve called angel multiple times at this point but she will only answer other phone numbers. (Yes this is a pattern) I also have pictures and video of the the pooling problems before service, after service, and present with the same problem with $4000 invested when a new system would cost close too. Get two too three quotes before working with this company. BUYER BEWARE. Update 7/20/21 Business & Real Estate attorney has contacted Allied Septic to confirm work that was conducted verbally, via email, and via text. Owner and her company refuses to acknowledge any and all requests from my attorney regarding the validity of whether the system was in failure, and why it would be in failing. If a company has nothing to hide, they would not be afraid to confirm statements regarding their work. Red Flag for any and all who are thinking of hiring this company.

Brian, 1st time our crew went there we were prepared to address your issue of ponding septic. Your inlet was clogged with GREASE! SEPTIC FAILURE! The reason you attempted to dig tank up was to self repair from advice from another company that you stated would put an illegal install in for $5,000 but you could not afford it so you called around for bids over the phone because you did not even want to pay for an EST. of a reputable company. I informed you I would have to pump your tank before I could inspect the status and integrity of your tank and your field line at the outlet and inlet plumbing. I was extremely thorough in our conversation. When we got there the septic was everywhere all on your ground FILLED the hole that you attempted to DIG location of said septic tank. We came just after the hard freeze of Texas, and you did not know if you had pipes broken as well. That you have not lived at this home very long and you just had a baby. As we pumped and cleaned up as much as possible from your septic overflowing we located a second tank which you had no clue you even had. We hydro jetted 100% of your inlet which I do have pictures before during and after. We pumped both tanks, we removed the lids to do a thorough cleaning because we were prepared with excavator, pump truck, service truck, service van, and all hands on deck from what you told us on the phone you were ready to repair and fix your septic because I told you a price of ballpark of worst case scenario and I told you upgrade worst case scenario. INCLUDING Engineer and Permits. You approved for us to come out there pump it diagnose and get you functioning. We were there a few hours we recommended you to bring dirt because you had a lot of low spots we recommended where you could visually see around your outlet how it was obviously damaged by the foliage growing above ground on lines. You wanted to pay but you had to get authorization from your wife inside your home if you could afford anything over pumping. We recommended Aerobic upgrade and you said there was absolutely no possible way without even speaking to your wife. You said is there any way possible that we can do this cheaper can we negotiate? What you wanted for us to do was an illegal install as other bid you had. We told you we can hydro jet and do the repair at your tank that we could repair the inlet and we told you that we could get you functioning but your system is basically a holding tank without proper disbursement of gray water from your second tank to your field line. And walked your property and educated you on jetting . Do's and Don'ts You need to upgrade and need dirt. You agreed on site we signed a contract with no guarantee because no one can see what is under the ground we explained thoroughly from four generations of experience of what needed to be done. The second time we went out there you did not do said recommendation and we again did the job all over in good faith plus an additional tank on the other side of the property that was tied in with 150 ft of field line we did for no additional charge sir. You traded a $1,500 value car that was in the flood per title that is yet to be mechanically sound. You said was not in the flood, that was a lie. You said you would have mechanic fix, that was a lie. You paid $400.00 towards cost because you knew we went above and beyond to help you! I have pictures and video of functioning system, and signed paperwork. And in reference to not answering calls, I called you back and text was at hospital with family. 7/22/21 The only "SPAM" on caller ID From a ""Lawyer" was 6-8 weeks ago was him asking my professional opinion if I feel the neighboring property to your property would result in excessive water runoff since they were building their land up with many loads of dirt. WE CAME FROM AN INSTALL WHEN YOU NEEDED AN EST. sir. We have went above and beyond to resolve your septic issue. You should have "UPGRADED" & LISTENED TO PROS!
