Rosamond Elite Roofing replaced my roof on August, 2019. Before replacing the roof, we had a water leak above our garage. Then after installing new roof, we continue to have the same water leak at the same location. Called Rosamond about this issue and they came out to investigate the leak. They got on roof and took pictures then told us it was not the fault of their workmanship but the problem was with debris on roof not allowing water to drain off of roof thus water backing up causing water to enter over flashing. I was told that this was my fault for not keeping roof free of debris. We do not agree with this assumption because water continues to come in even though roof is being kept free from debris. Bottom line, we replaced roof due to having water leak into garage and after replacing the roof with a very expensive 50 year roof, we continue to have the same water leak into the garage and Rosamond refuses to take accountability for their shotty workmanship.Review from Michel F

Rosamond installed a new roof on my home several years ago. There was a problem, more of a manufacturing of the shingle than the installation that cropped up several times. Every time I contacted Rosamond, they came out and took care of the problem. Roofing contractors come and go therefore it's important to pick a company not only on price but with certainty they'll be around to take care of servicing any issues that may crop up. Let's face it, a roof goes through a lot with rains, heat and high winds therefore issues can come up but dealing with a roofing contractor that takes care of the problem, even years later is one I can recommend with a clear conscience. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would ask if I knew a roofing contractor!
