Visited on mother’s day and everything went well until my bank statement came back and I noticed that the server stole and extra $20 tip. I immediately called to restaurant and requested to speak with the manager. Off bat he was rude and trying to rush me off the phone, he also stated that it happens all the time and give it 2-3 days to clear up and my money will be returned. I gave it a week to change and I still did not receive a credit back for the extra charge. So I decided to go there after work. Again he immediately gets loud with me in the restaurant in front of customers and told me to kiss his *** and call the cops. Then he walked outside. So then I started recording his reaction with my phone and asked him nicely for his name and corporates number and his response was ****** **** ** ****. I was very disappointed in his actions and I’m afraid of the damage he patently cause to the business and or to himself/employees. However shogun doesn’t have a corporate number, only an email and I have not received a response from them yet. I would love to get in touch with the district manager or someone who’s has high authority so discuss my complaint , refund and show the video that I have because the restaurants future is definitely at state.
