Poor construction. They built houses with on site septic systems, on lots that are too small for said systems. Resulting in a multitude of homes having flooded or muddy back yards, because of the amount of water and not enough land to hold it. They gave me the run around for over a year, giving me dumb excuses. “Oh it’s because your dogs are running around and bringing the water to the surface” “You put a trampoline out there it’s causing your whole yard to flood.” Promising me they would take care of it until the two year mark when the warranty went out, and now they refuse to do anything about it. Within the first two years I also have experienced electrical shortages in two or more areas in the house. I’ve reached out a few times to ask them simple questions and they no longer answer my phone calls. They know they did us wrong, and unfortunately there isn’t much I can do about it. I wish I would have known about these guys before I agreed to have a house built by them. My first home and I’ve definitely learned my lesson. DONT TRUST ANYONE. I’ve reason to believe they made under the table transactions to the neighborhood to ensure they didn’t have to purchase two lots to build a single home, as that’s what the septic companies I spoke to told me the builders would and should have had to do to put these systems in. I am not happy at all, especially when I came to this site and found that they aren’t BBB certified. I’m just thankful I got such a good deal on the house, I’m going to have to put in so much money to redo the crap their half-***** workers did. If I could, I would hand this house over and ask for all my money back. Do NOT buy a house from these guys. Take it from me.Review from Stephanie M

Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT purchase a home from ASGI Homes!!! I purchased my home in March of 2019. The quality and work is terrible. I can't wipe my walls AT ALL without rubbing the paint right off. The cabinet doors were hung crooked and are wobbly. They left spots unpainted, didn't care to install the drain cover in the tub properly, among numerous other issues. However, the worst part for me has been the poor condition they left my backyard in. I was told by their sales rep when asked directly that they would sod the front and backyard. I didn't find out until just before closing that they would only sod the front. This has caused a lot of drainage issues that I'm still having to deal with today. They left the backyard FULL of tires, metal pieces, toilets, and a TON of broken glass. It looks like they built my house on a dump. I tried several times to get someone at ASGI to help with no luck. It wasn't until I messaged every person on their builder app that I finally got a response from one of the owners. Unfortunately when they sent someone out all they did was pickup the toilets, tires (they still left two) and some of the metal pieces. The broken glass is so bad my dogs have cut their paws several times. My Great Dane puppy got hers so bad it required surgery. I've been here almost 3 years and I'm still struggling to make my yard safe for my child and my dogs. After spending all morning digging glass and shards of metal I decided to leave this review. Had I known they cared this little about the quality of work they produce I would never have purchased from them. I can only hope this review saves someone from making the same mistake.Review from Stephanie M

Easily the worst customer experience ever in my home buying experience. They wont inform you of some of the most basic/standard features that you'd expect with the house. My garage came without a paint, the backyard was without a sod. They claimed these things are disclosed on their website (not the contract) but as a buyer, you'd expect these things to be told up front as these are quiet standard features. I've closed about 10 homes and never had to worry about some basic/standard features. The worst thing - after I had paid my earnest and appraisal fee, they informed me that "Per HOA restrictions, we have to install a fence which would add ~8k on the purchase price". This was not a new HOA requirement but ASGi failed to do their due diligence (they even verbally admitted to it) and only informed me when I had spent over $1000 of non refundable money. Now my neighbor is complaining that with the way house was built, on elevation and without a sod, dirt from running water has clogged his Culvert. I have another house in the same community from a different builder and havent had any issue so far.Review from Yenvi T

I bought many brand new houses in many states by far ASGi is the worse builder. They gave me two broken bathtubs, one broken bathroom cabinet, unfinished exterior paint, unfinished dryer exhaust area and many unfinished interior paint. I called and spoke to Wes he said "how do I know you didn't break those tubs". I called and spoke to Mike he told me "You should have walked the house. Obviously it's not important to you" He told me that he will send someone to take a look. No one come or called. Brand new house shouldn't have that many issues until this builder. Few neighbors told me they have encountered many issues too and how unprofessional they are. If you don't want headache don't buy from this builder. Instead of fixing issues, they are digging deeper in their mistakes. They assumed that I rented out the house. The house has not been rented out. We're still staging the house and dealing with what that left behind. It doesn't matter if I walked or not. Builder supposed to deliver new home period.ASGi Homes Inc. Response
