1 Star based on the following experiences: 1) Jason held my Closing Funds hostage by twice demanding I post a Review before Closing our Deal 2) Jason and his Brother were late and /or cancelled multiple appointments with me 3) Jason's Closing Agent failed to complete the Transaction correctly and he now wants me to fix it for him 4) Jason's Closing Agent never sent me the Closing Docs until I had to ask for them 6 weeks later 5) Jason sent his Real Estate Agent to do the Final Inspection and wanted me to provide information I had already provided to his Brother for his Resale listing, all while I was suffering post-Stroke related issues working in extreme heat all alone to vacate the property 6) Jason tried to get me to sign post Deal documents before compensating me for all of the above BS and my 20+ hours of time and effort spent and then exposed his true dishonesty by reducing his offer of compensation when I agreed to do the deal in person I have full documentation of all of the above thru Emails, recorded phone calls and texts. I recommend you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TWB HOUSE BUYERS

Mark, I’m sorry you weren’t successful in attempting to extort an additional $5,000 on top of what we had agreed to and closed on 2 months ago. No one coerced you into our transaction. I’m sorry you didn’t have the time to wait to sell your home and had to sell quickly at a discount. Best of luck to you.
