I literally have pictures and proof of how the apartment was when I left the home. Owner tried to overcharge and pretty much take my direct deposit of course Elda is going to say they put so much money in the house. I lived there I know they did not. If a future renter or buyer I would never use management services ever again. All the reviews on ****** are fake

This occurred 36 Weeks ago and I will respond to this review with the same response I responded to back then: Hi Tre, you and I had multiple conversations about all of this. But if you want to go public again, I will be glad to do a public response. First and foremost, the AC company was sent to address different issues, so I will list them for the public: 1) Called in May 5 and completed May 6, Freon 2) Called in May 18 and completed May 19 - The pan was overflowing lines were cleared to keep the switch from tripping 3) May 25, repaired damaged duct work 4) June 22, replaced float switch in the system 5) June 28, P-trap clogged again after initial fix 6) Aug 3rd- Cleared condenser drain line One other visit diagnosed with AC filters not changed and required change. The majority of these issues were addressed in less than 2 days. So, your statements that we didn't send anyone to fix your issues is completely inaccurate. Apparently before you were onboarded as a resident, you were notified that chlorine tablets must be used in the drain pan, to avoid several of the issues listed above, which apparently that did not happen, so in those circumstances you should have been billed for the work orders that were paid by the landlord. Now regarding the Deposit, once again, as I explained to you in our conversation, we were not a part of the move in process and that would be something we would need documentation of when moved in to determine condition. Regardless of this, the owner/landlord prepared the Itemization of Security Deposit with their own vendors and their costs to bring the property back to normal. We had absolutely nothing to do with your deposit and we did not hold your deposit, so that is something you will have to take up with the landlord and keep us our of your conversation. It has become entirely too easy for people like yourself to go off on tirades publicly and just portray the negativity whether it is true or not. Given the platform, we have all of the proof of the amount that has been spent to take care of you and the property you resided in. Wish all the best going forward.
