We contracted with Danny to replaster our pool after considering several companies. We felt the bid was fair and covered more than any other company. we had contacted. His offer included cleaning and regrouting the tile, which made our 18 yr. old pool look like new. No other contractors offered or included that piece of the project that changed the final appearance. We were able to get started quickly, and each step of the process was explained clearly. He was able to take us to see a pool that he had done close to our residence, and it looked great. That visit even got us to think about changing to a robotic pool cleaner that we saw on this visit, which we were able to find on sale at Leslies at a great savings to us! Work began promptly on schedule. Each crew got straight to work and completed each phase neatly and professionally. Danny showed up for each phase to check on the progress and he continued to answer questions that we thought of during this time. He listened well, and gave great advice. He completed the pool startup and we can take it from here. Based on our experience, we would recommend Willams Pool Company.

Danny and the crew were all about service until they were paid. They simply do not stand behind their work. The plaster crew mounted a light ring upside down. The spa light is a colored, led directional light, which is now mounted upside down and inoperable. They initially exchanged emails and then stopped communication once they were made aware of their error.

Danny and the team at Williams Pool Company did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond in their services and care for my pool and property. I highly recommend their services.

They seemed pleasant enough while the work was being done but they do not stand behind their work I had a pool remodeled and have had some cracks show up that need repaired and despite the warranty promise I can't get them to reply to service request with anything except excuses that they are swamped with work. This issue has gone on for 18 months I have finally given up with them honoring the warranty and have contacted another contractor to do the repairs.

Could not be more happy with the replastering and repair of our pool. Best and most fair bid we received, and Danny Williams and company delivered! Five stars!
