    The first word I can think of is this company should be charged for the damages not only I incurred but many others. They dumped pool equipment in my yard. Rain or shine. If your equipment doesn’t get stolen, like another victim. They leave it in cardboard boxes and claim it will get wet anyway. It disintegrates and leaves a mess in your yard. Be aware no one cleans up daily, weekly, monthly. My yard was filled with debris during The entire pool build. 2 Hoa violations for cleanup and mud washing down into street and rutted adjacent lot. They told us it was our problem after promising to add materials to the lot to prevent damage. Yes told us to our face it’s your problem Left with 4 inch gash in the main line 400.00 water bills. They could care less Oh they came to fix it now I have a white patch that will never blend. They tried to fix the skimmer with putty, that putty washed away. It’s going to cost 35 thousand dollars to repair this POS of a pool. Debbie Pendley the owner will become your worst enemy. Just don’t do business with them and save your family from financial and emotional distress.

    Where to start? Access permission is always the customers responsibility spelled out in every contract . We used a vacant lot behind her , when done we placed topsoil and mulch in the access we used. ( I have receipts) Another home builder also used that lot after we fixed it and put up caution tape..... it did not stop them & it was reported to her & we took pics. Equipment, she is in a gated community & her section has a secondary security gate. Theft is not an issue. Equipment was delivered next to the equipment pad by a delivery service, not dumped the yard, it rained delaying the installation, Yes she was told rain would not hurt the pool equipment it is made to be outside in the elements. Equipment was installed within 3 days of delivery. The boxes were stacked inside each other- by the plumbers & me! I pulled the manuals out for the customer & gave to her husband. Clean ups, also have record of that, standard cleanup are 3-5 per job depending on the job. We did not do any kitchen or structures, or firepits..... just standard cleanup......... but it did rain. Her pool is on a hill, so the location between the house and the waterline was very close, the plumbing ditches were open and did cause a mess, mainly because of the rain. but that was only for about 2 weeks - she has an infloor cleaning system, water features, bubblers & it is a negative edge. Lots of plumbing in a small area. We plastered her pool in 4/15/22. Since then we have been out many many times to fix her "broken" Controller- she keeps overriding & setting multiple programs for the cleaning system shutting it down after a while. We don't complain. In December of 2022 at Christmas, she said her" foundation was cracking .... come quick". Upon inspection, the crack ended up being HER landscaper wall attached to the back of the pool stone and the weight of it was pulling on the stone. Not a DPG error Also "come quick water is standing", ended up being the sprinkler system leaking ( not installed by DPG) January 17 2023 she said there was a leak, Feb 7 leak detectors said it was a skimmer, we repaired it on the spot, then Feb 15 they came back out & said the main drain was leaking, we repaired it asap then had to do a plaster patch....... Yes, it does not match, but she would not let us fix it. In the beginning, all schedules were given to her husband, he apparently did not relay the information to her, after a while we were instructed to NOT TALK TO HER HUSBAND, ONLY TO HER. She called me while I was in the car with my grandchildren, she started cussing me "****** *******", I had to hang up on her. It has been a very difficult job from the first week , *** **** * ****** ***** **** ** *** *** * ****** ****** while the guys are working on her pool. She still calls my Construction manager at 1 & 2:00 in the morning, *** **** *****, cusses us out cuz she cant turn on her light, sends mean texts then says she loves us. *** ** * ********* ****** * ***** **** ********* *** ******** ****** ***. We have tried & tried to please her. Its been a year since we finished the pool, thought everything was fine until February. Her pool leak has been fixed and we have no other reports from her regarding any issues. Sincerely, Debbie *******
