Thaugt my day was going to be a bad one. I found a broken pipe in attic but my regular company I use could not be here till next week. I called Daniel's and they had me an appointment in 25 minutes. Mr Michael showed up an found it was a second drain for my hot water heater tray. And since how old the pipe was he would had to remake it and shape it differently and would be 400 dollars. I choose not to fix it at this time, since it's only a drain I will go another route. Ty for honest evaluation and if I ever need a plumber I will reach out to yall. I am sure all your team is as honest as Mr Michael.Review from Melanie L

After a house fire, we had to deal with many contractor's and the only one we had problems with was Daniel's plumbing. Tim, came out and did the bid and was one of the 2 plumbers who did the job. We paid in advance. Some of the work was never completed and some was done wrong. We had to pay another plumbing company to come out and fix Daniel's plumbings work...costing $2,400. I spoke several times with the supervisor, Chris who agreed they owed us $1,000. But then came back a few days later changing the prices on the original bid! The made claims of trips they made to our house that never happened. Then they started refusing my calls. BEWARE...stay away from this company that does not care about their customers or take pride in their work!!

We have not been in business for over 35 years to not care about our customers first or take pride in our work. Chris is no longer with our company, and there may have been some lack of communication on his part, but there was definitely lack of communication on this customers part as well. We have plenty of emails between our office and this customer to show that they were never ignored as they are implying. I will attach a few as well. The emails show that the customer was happy with the job and the progress and they explain why there was a price change. It is my understanding that this customer also had other contractors out to do work that interfered with our work and was not done properly. We are a little confused as to why this is coming up two years later. We would be happy to discuss with the customer through our office.Review from Anita T

We have used Daniels Plumbing for many years. All of the technicians have been courteous, knowledgeable and completed the jobs assigned to our satisfaction. Mike ***** recently completed an extensive replacement of pipe to our water well and repaired leaky faucets. Andrew has done work for us in the past with the same attention to water problems. The owner of Daniels Plumbing has been to our home to supervise or assist the technicians on several jobs. The office staff, Cheryl in particular, has been helpful, efficient and very courteous with all of my calls for service. I would recommend Daniels Plumbing to my family and friends without any hesitation. Excellent customer service.
