This company installed a cover patio in my backyard around September 2021. When he finished the job I told him that the gutters were not installed properly. He said that he will send his gutter person and fix it but instead of doing what his CONTRACT says “installing gutters around the patio” he used part of my old gutters to half fix the problem. Then he took the rest of my gutters and said that he put them in the trash which they were not there. The problem become even worse because now that is rainy season the rain penetrates in the patio damaging the integrity of the patio, getting water inside the patio and collecting water inside the patio. This is ruining my furniture, rag and games, because they are getting wet. I asked the owner again to fix the issue. He acknowledged the problem but pretty much he said that that term of the contract was at his discretion and to hire a gutter person or contact his lawyer. He said he can recommend a gutter company to me and they can fix the problem for $300 more or less. I’m still paying for this cover patio and it cost me $16,000. Please I need help! I can’t afford a lawyer and is not fair to pay a gutter person because he didn’t do what he was supposed to do in the first place.
