I am a returning customer with American Association of Notaries. I always use them whenever I have my renewal. I also am the Office Manager for a Law Firm and use them to order the stamps for all the Notary Agents in the Office. However, I have had a negative experience with them recently. I ordered my Stamp from them on 7/11/2024 and granted during this time they were dealing with a really bad storm in Texas, but I didn't receive my Order till 7/17/2024, even after purchasing the more expensive shipping to obtain my stamp sooner as I had scheduled signings with clients. Upon receiving my Stamps, I immediately noticed that they were for the wrong State. I had to cancel my signings, to say the least. I sent an email regarding this issue and have no received a response so I called Customer Service and they didn't do much to remedy the situation. They just stated they would send it out with shipping about 2-3 business days. It wouldve been appreciated to been offered a 1-2 day shipping and refund for my previous shipping costs. I am an unhappy customer and this will be my last order from this company. There are plenty other companies who wouldve rectified their mistakes and accommodated the client better. Hello Alyssa, We apologize for not replying to your email sooner. Our internet and phone systems were down from the July 8th till July 12 due to hurricane Beryl. Mistakes happen. The problem is that you did not select a state when you placed the order. We had to go and edit your stamp order and assign it to a state which caused the error. We seldom edit orders. Everything is automated. We issues you a refund in the amount of $21.95. In the future please ask to talk to a supervisor. This may help solving the problem and expedite shipping your order. Our policy is "Customer always right" Again, please accept our apology.

Ashley was a real lifesaver today! She was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. With her guidance, I was able to complete my renewal application and pay for the correct package. Ashley answered all of my questions pertaining to my renewal, and provided me with the direct mailing address in Houston so that I could expedite my application for processing asap (and hopefully prior to my March 5, 2024 expiration/deadline. I truly appreciate her taking the time to assist and to reimburse me for my error from the day prior. Thank you again for all of your help Ashley!

Ordered my notary supplies and received them within 5-7 business days like they stated on their website. They have a great package deal pricing is very reasonable plus they include a 1 year free membership, plus every time I had a question they responded quickly. I Highly recommend this company!
