      My husband and I purchased a 2023 Volkswagen ID4 through the Mission VW store back in late January 2023. About a week in, the headlight went out, dashboard paneling was lifting, unlock approach wasn't working nor handsfree tailgate. We then took it into service around late February 2023 with Saul. The service department tried to blame "damage" to the headlight even though the vehicle hadn't been in an accident. They had to have a specialist from corporate come down to investigate. After further review, they determined there was no damage and would be covered by warranty. We waited over a month to get our vehicle back hoping all issues would be addressed. When we got home from picking up the vehicle at the end of March 2023, we realized the unlock approach, handsfree unlock, nor handsfree tailgate were still not working. We tried reaching back to the dealership and had been told they had no time for us. Fast forward to July, our 10K service is coming up so we decided to schedule an appointment to have it taken care of along with the other concerns not address in February's visit but this time with Stephanie. We have now waited over a month to have any update on our vehicle but we have been told there is only one tech in the entire RGV to work on these vehicles. Using our VW app, we have noticed our vehicle hasn't moved from the overflow lot in over a month. Thankfully we have a loaner however the loaner has its own issues. We do understand if there is a backorder on parts or anything similar, however for our car to be baking in the sun with dirt and bird droppings for over a month without even being looked at? I'd like to pick up my vehicle but my husband was told the service ticket would be closed. We need to just leave the vehicle there for the ticket to remain open and we not lose our place in line to be serviced. This is taking too long to be paying on a vehicle that we can't even use and the one they lent us is just as bad of a vehicle.

      I bought a truck off Payne on the Chevrolet side about a year ago but since I got it it’s been giving me problems when I got the truck they didn’t let me see the terms and conditions on the contract now the second day coming home from work the truck turned off on me while I was on the expressway I called them and they said they would fix it what ever right I take it the fix the problem supposedly 2 days again the check engine light come on I take it once more they fix it again now that same week I washed the truck and noticed a bit of discoloration they painted the chips it had with marker and the transmission was acting up now I tried a couple of time to see if they can take it back and give me something else I went I explained everything to them and they told me I have to give a down payment unless they can’t help me so I told them that they sold me a truck that’s not working I have a family and my wife drives it and I don’t want them to get into an accident bc of the truck they sold me I tried and it seems that they just want me to basically buy another truck and all I want is to get my moneys worth when I talked to one of the salesman I told him that the manager that sold me the truck was asking for a down I gave them 4k I told him to make sure it goes to the closing cost till this day i don’t know where that money went because it wasn’t towards the truck now they don’t want to help me so I’m stuck with the truck that they sold me and I can’t get switch out for a more reliable truck even thoe they sold it to me with a lot of issues i just want to let people know not to make purchases with them

      Took my vehicle to the ***** ********** for a diagnostic check and they charged me $600 and did not fix the problem they just lied to me because they said they need more time and money to fix it after they miss diagnosis the problem ** ****** bad service

      Picked up my car after the mechanic replaced two gaskets on my 2015 Chevy Cruze from the value cover and timing chain cover. The labor work alone was close to a thousand dollars. The service advisor informed me that the car was leaking coolant through engine water outlet housing and that a new water hose was needed. I informed him that I would change the hose. Upon removing the water hose, I saw that the upper half of the outlet housing was damaged by the dealer's mechanic. I then hauled the car back to Ed P**** on a trailer and showed another service advisor of the damaged that was done by their mechanic. The advisor did not believe me and was charging me like $750.00 to repair the damage that their mechanic had done. I advised him that I was going to seek legal action.
