            Bought a brand new c300 only drove it for 3 days before the check engine light came on … it’s been more than 2 month the car is still at the workshop … did receive a call that the car is ready for pick up . So we went by back and told them that we don’t feel safe in the same car because of the issues and request for a better model . We are even willing to spent more money for a better safe car but they are not helping us We have already made 2 payments on the car including insurance . Please help

            Steer clear of this dealership at all cost. It’s run by a bunch of crooks. The service is awful and very over priced. I let them install a battery, they charged me 289.00 for a after market battery, another 240.50 to install and a shop charge for 38.48 for a grand total of 598.24, including 27.26 for taxes. The battery came from Autozone, I was never notified that I had a after market battery in my car. I found out after the battery went out 6 months later. My car had to be toad to a real dealership Greenway. It never occurred to me that it was the battery again, the battery wouldn’t hold a charged. They reimburse me 345 for the total cost of the battery installed at Greenway. I lost 253 n the transaction, all because the after market battery was 21.72 more than the original mercedes battery {go figure}, and the added labor charge n shop fee. I will never return to the dealership under any circumstances n I live 3.5 miles from there. Save yourself a headache and go some place else.
