      I leased an A220 from your dealership in 2019. Immediately I had issues with thr vehicle which ironically was not the original one I selected. Over the 36 months of my 42 month lease I have had issues that prevented my enjoyment and performance of my leased vehicle. Multiple attempts to repair had failed, the customer service not what I would expect and wrong information given throughout. Ironical a main issue seems to have been repaired after multiple attempts which inconvenienced Mr and still saw me having to pay for the lease even when I did not have access to thr vehicle I was making payments for. It took nearly 3 years to fix the check engine light even though the "solution" had been replaced before and failed again within a few miles. Driving with a check engine light on was told to me as being OK to do so..as was the driving with tire sensors continually showing. No assistance has been given by Dealersgip. MB ******** and ***** all of which I have made many ignored complaints to. My visits to thr dealership have always been a negative experience. This is sad to say as I have been a repeat customer with many leases. I am coming to the end if a lease where I paid for a. Vehicle that did not meet my exceptions for safety, reliability, value for money, customer care and performance. As my lease ends so does the dealerships relationship with me and iam annoyed that this means MB and Dealership has no need to offer any assistance to this ongoing issue

      I put a deposit on a Mercedes. MB Houston Greenway sold the car out from under me despite the deposit. When they called to tell me they sold the car, they made no effort to be customer friendly, apologize or mitigate the circumstance. Hey, we sold your car you had a deposit on. See you later.
