            I brought my 2016 Lincoln MKZ to get service on 8/1/22 to Bayway Lincoln (12333 Gulf Freeway Houston Tx 77034) Bayway Lincoln kept my car for a month and replaced a BCM in regards to my trunk. The job was said to take a half day of work; but unfortunately it took beyond a month. I was contacted by Bayway Lincoln Service Dept. Stating that "my car was ready for pickup." I went to pickup my car on 9/12/22; before leaving the premises I noticed that my Air Conditioning wasn't working (inoperable)(Note: When I brought my car to get serviced on 8/01/22 my a.c was working fine) So, i was told to leave it and Bayway would resolve the issue. I was called by Bayway Lincoln stating that my car was ready for pickup on 9/26/22. I picked my car up on the said date and the trunk was working fine; so was the a.c. The very next day my trunk wouldn't open. I can't even get into my trunk. The trunk will not open at all. I've called the service department several times a day beginning on 9/27/22 to inquire about how this issue would be resolved and no one will return my call or discuss this matter with me. I was told to not bring my car back to Bayway Lincoln by the Management Department. Note: [Bayway Lincoln was paid in full for their services.             The turnover at Bayway Lincoln has been very high. I was sold an Aviator that had many of the recall screen issues still. That sales rep left in the middle of that fiasco. I drove the car maybe a few days of purchasing it to only have it in the shop for almost a month. The manager then put me in a Navigator. I got "deal" from them in turning in my Aviator. I say that with sarcasm. I now have a Navigator... also having tech issues with the screen, back up camera, stalling on me, the back tailgate wont open and lift on its own, the side mirrors sometimes don't extend out and a chip needed repair that was promised to me since November. I have tried getting into the service dept. They never have loaner vehicles, they promised a navigator and sent an electric aviator which doesn't work for my line of business. They also keep wanting to put me in a Corsair. They keep putting it off and off and have not prioritized the car shutting off on me. The services department does not have it together. They make promises they can't keep and don't care about the safety of their customers.

            Actually we have very low turnover. I am not sure who your salesman was but 90 % of our salesman have been here 15 years and longer. I apologize if your salesman misrepresented anything. Maybe that is why he is gone. I will be glad to help if you call me. Just ask for the General Manager.
