I am not sure what exactly this place had going on, but I will not EVER recommend them to anyone. I don't think I have ever had so much trouble with doing business with anyone as much as I have with this company. I was ignored, then lied too, given the run around and told with my limited credit history and finances I was ineligible to finance an RV, I have a steady finances and more than double the minimum down payment, but okay. After trying to get one in my budget that would not require financing, I was told it was on hold for another customer, while it was still available on their website, while I was on the phone! The one I was trying to purchase also stayed available during this time of giving me the run around. I did not expect this to be such a terrible display of professionalism, but I am amazed it took them as long as it did to finally say I was not worth doing business with me. I am not sure what impression they had, but this was horrible experience. Buying an RV is not the hardest loan to come by, btw. If you're going to lie, don't make it so obvious. Thank you for the unpleasant experience, the unprofessionalism and disappointment.

Amazing! Quick shipping, very high quality rv ac shroud, fit perfectly, looks great! Ordered from Texas, arrived in Northern Minnesota faster than ****** would have (the benchmark for quick delivery). Very refreshing in this day and age, keep up the great customer service!!!PPL Motor Homes Response

Did nothing to make a pleasant experience To a disabled senior citizen.They failed to dust Rv they charged me $120.00 to do nothing .Management didn't care.I will never buy a thing from them again Lost a customer bc didn't seem to want toPPL Motor Homes Response

I ordered a converter cable to allow a 30A RV to take power from a 50A outlet. PPL made the cable easy to find. Ordering it was a breeze, and the item arrived quickly and in good order. Thi time was my first ordering from PPL. It was a good experience.PPL Motor Homes Response

I ordered an sw10D water heater for my 1986 park model trailer, it arrived in 3 days,the projected was 5 days. The heater is an exact fit. The problem is the old one was a Manuel pilot gas valve version that is no longer available. I ordered a 110 vac to 12 vdc converter this week, it appears I have all the parts I need to install the tank now. The standing pilot was nice in the old heater because it kept the tank from freezing during the week. This trailer is my home on weekends my semi truck is my home during the week. It is not practical to drain the tank every time I head out. The new tank has a built in thermostat that can't be turned down so I will be keeping all 10 gallons 120 degrees all week when I am not there. In the summer I can turn the heater off. She did not understand me when I called...I just wanted the refill for the BBQ lighter...The shipping was very high...very disappointed...I found out they don't come off...!!!PPL Motor Homes Response

Mr. ******, we are sorry for any inconvenience. It does appear you ordered the FlexStriker™ a lighter with fully bendable nozzle that makes hard-to-light situations a snap. Unfortunately, on the manufactures website it does not show refills available for this model . They do have a model called a ValueStriker that is refillable, this one however does not have the bendable nozzle. This is not an item we carry in stock, we had it shipped directly from our vendor. The standard ground shipping costs are $14.99.Review from Dave C

Andrew with PPL keeps saying wont give me money he’s kept fit taxes lic. I don’t have it but common sense tells u Since I got AZ title on my own and tags it’s one. He just wants to keep money. Good Morning Ms. *****, Thank you so much for leaving us a review. I did speak with our management team in New Braunfels regarding your complaint. It would appear at the time of signing you were going to title the RV in Ohio. Ohio requires the vehicle to be present when going to the DMV. You were in Arizona for the winter, and that was not possible. We have provided you with two temporary tags, and we would be more that happy to issue you a credit. What we have requested and not received, is a copy of your receipt for payment for your titling fees. If you would be so kind as to provide us with that receipt showing the amount you paid, we will certainly make sure your monies are refunded in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to receiving the requested information at your earliest convenience.
