      I talked to someone from zters about renting a dumpster they asked me what I would be putting in it , I told them electronics ,eg old record player cd players vcr furniture old Christmas trees old clothing ect when the dumpster came I found out that anything you plug in was considered hazurdes end would require a recycling fee. I asked if they would take the dumpster back empty so I could find someone else they said yes for the full price of $655 . but my point is they originally said the items I mentioned were acceptable.......not happy peter ******

      8/25/2023. Called and rented a 20-yard dumpster which was delivered promptly. Was quoted price of $725.00 plus tax. Customer Service rep was polite and easy to work with. We filled dumpster and requested a pick up and empty of the dumpster. We mistakenly understood the renewal process that a new dumpster charge and time frame for renting would occur after the dumpster was emptied. That was our mistake. We accept that. I went out to the Zsters web site, clicked on the specific Plano TX location and then found the pricing list for dumpsters. I printed the lists stated updated 7-8-23 and 8-19-23. These lists show a LOW END* price and a HIGH END* price. The asterisk indicates "Why is there a price range? The pricing above represents actual data from our completed dumpster rentals in Plano, which can fluctuate based on inventory availability, seasonality, type of debris, and other variables. Please call xxx-xxx-xxxx for exact ***** dumpster costs." They charged me $725. for the original dumpster and as an "I'm Sorry" charged me $675.00 for the second dumpster. The online price chart shows a HIGH-END PRICE. Which, theoretically, means that IS the maximum they would charge you. i.e. ******* ******** **********: high end (noun) -- if a figure, amount etc. is at the high end of what people expected it to be, it is near the top of that range high end. They should NOT BE MAKING UP AMOUNTS TO CHARGE PEOPLE. In my opinion, it is UNETHICAL, BORDERS ON GOUGING, and TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. Do not use this company. ****** ******  GM. 8-28-23

      I used ZTERS this past weekend and was extremely satisfied! From the representative assisting with the type of unit I needed to the end it was a great experience! The unit was extremely clean and sanitized. I had the ADA compliant unit and it was outstanding even to those who could have used the standard size. I would definitely use them again and recommend ZTERS to others.

      I ordered a porta potty for a residential remodel. The representative was very helpful with the entire process along with following up with me. The delivery driver was extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with. The delivery truck was impeccably clean, and the porta potty was impeccably clean.

      We called and ordered a 20 yard dumpster, which they promptly took payment for, promising delivery on 9/27. Took off work and waited all day for delivery which did not arrive. We made a call to see why, and was told that they were running behind, and that date would be adjusted. The dumpster was delivered the next day on 9/28, which should have changed the rental date, which by the way was never explained to us. Thinking they would automatically pick it up at the end of the contract date we waited to call to see why it wasn't picked up. That didn't happen, so we called on 10/8, which was a Saturday and asked why, and was told that they needed 24 hour notification of pickup. I guess that was an answering service and they do not work weekends. Then there was a voicemail left by a Zters employee stating that pickup would be 10/11, and then was promptly billed for the rental days. No one came, no calls from them. Finally we called on 10/13 and was told someone would call us back and let us know what was going on. No one called. Finally, they picked it up on 10/14, with no communication, no explanation, just deal with it. Do not use this company! They are good at taking your money, but do not follow through or communicate at all!

      I had been trying to find a "roll off" dumpster rental company for about 6 months. Every place I called either didn't service my area, or wanted extra money for a delivery fee. Then they had a waiting list, and couldn't deliver for (in some cases) 2 weeks, or longer. Or they didn't carry the size I needed. Other companies had a 2 or 3 ton limit, and standard rental period was 5 to 7 days. Then I called a company that I had NEVER heard of "ZTERS". The person I spoke with was polite, friendly, and accommodating. I asked if they had a 30 yard dumpster ready for delivery? If they serviced my rural area? And when could they deliver? For the first time in a long time, the sales person answered all of my questions... They had a 30 yard dumpster ready for delivery, to my location within 24 hours! Standard rental period: 10 days! Weight limit: 8 tons! Price? STILL $100 CHEAPER THAN ANY OF THEIR COMPETITORS! Called 24 hours in advance to schedule pick up. Lo and Behold.... Driver came and picked up the dumpster! What a great way to do business... who knew! I highly recommend ZTERS for all your dumpster, port o potty, and storage trailer, needs. Service is excellent! Employees are professionals! Rates are extremely competitive! JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE INTERESTED IN GARBAGE REMOVAL! DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH A "TRASH" COMPANY! "CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!" CALL ZTERS NOW!

      I called to order a porta potty for a week in advance and was told they had availability. They said I had to pay upfront which was fine. He said all set and sent me an order summary. Then almost 8 hours later I get a voicemail saying they are booked up. I literally could have called multiple other companies during this time. They then told me this is their policy. They get the order, make you pay, then call dispatch to see if they have availability. What makes me mad is why tell someone there is availability and their order is set when they honestly have no idea. I should have know when I asked for estimated delivery time and they told me to call the day off to find out…. They clearly run into this all the time because the call was completely emotionless and left off as it is what it is. Very disappointed. They also come up on ****** as ******** ***** ******* in Michigan, so if you see that in the Ann Arbor area, do not order from them.

      Thank you. After a rollercoaster of emotions, Zeters did go above and beyond to find me a portable toilet. They dropped it off before I needed it and came and got it a couple days later. They did resolve the issue and make things right. Thank you for going above and beyond to help find me a portable toilet.

      Disgusted!(New construction in York, SC) Agreement is to pump out unit once a week. They failed to show this past Week and according to the contractors they were never here the previous week.Needless to say it’s disgustingly filthy and the smell will make you throw up in your mouth. I’ve called and everyday I’m promised they will be out that day to pump. Contractors now go to gas station bathrooms or the backyard. This is negatively affecting my construction project. Not what I signed up for yet. Horrible Horrible service or rather lack of!

      If there was an option to give ZERO stars, we would. This company never sent invoices or statements. We called to pay due to no communication and we were given false information. We were told we owed $190 for a month of service and the next thing we know, they tried to run the card we used to pay the $190 for $1500. WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!! And now they refuse to give our money back. Scammers! Don't leave a card on file or they will charge it whenever they want! BEWARE!!
