When we orginally bought our home in May of 2020 we couldn't do our final walk, we couldn't see them in the build process. When we had issues they werent able to come fix them due to covid. They had so many warranty changes, Wanda was a hard one to deal with. We then had so much other stuff go on. They finally came and fixed the majority of the issues but forgot about us again. We've been fighting the upstairs heat for years! The fact that it will never stay cool in several rooms just bakes and bakes and bakes. They kept blaming it on the zone system saying it needed to be balanced or needed to close phlenems in other areas to give more air to certain rooms. Well we have officially discredited that and have walls exposed showing that they are in fact not telling the truth. I will say that likely they did not know as an entire company this happened. But the foreman inspecting as the job is being done should have seen the mistake and addressed it before allowing them to move forward. If this hadn't been caught and we were lets say 6-8 years into owning this home the issues could be catastrophic for my family. We showed proof of the different layers as well, the OSB in some spots then no OSB in other spots.Review from Thressa G

Electric issue 6 months. plumbing issues periodically during 8 years. Toilet drainage issues, lines replaced but yard not properly sod to drain afterwards. Bathtub shower cartridge in All full baths replaced, No New home experience as promised. Outdated used parts installed instead of Brand new manufactured **** parts as stated on included features form. Cement used in garage already wearing, 2 inch gaps. Everything builder guaranteed is questionable. Warranty is limited with hassle. Unfortunately now it’s 8 plus years in my home and several thousand dollars spent to fix issues that I should not be facing this soon. Poorly poorly built home.Review from Gladys B

I purchased a brand new Anglia Home in 2013. Why do I have five pipe leaks in my home with this PEX piping that was used in the construction of my house? Pex is supposed to have last at least twenty years, but I’m homeless because I can’t use the water in my house because of the LEAKING PEX PIPING. There is absolutely no way I should have to repipe my entire house after ten years. After I get a thorough inspection from a professional plumbing company (not ********* ********—the company that installed the pex piping in my home), I will be contacting my lawyer.Review from D Louise W

Anglia build poorly built houses. I’ve been in my newly built house going on four years. Wood frame boards on the outside coming undone, floor boards inside the house is loosened, the boards outside the house by the back door cracked and they just painted over damaged boards inside and outside the house. They master bedroom bathroom sink pipes came undone left water everywhere under the bathroom sink. This the worse decision I ever made trusting this company to be a house for me. This my very first home and I’m not pleased at all. Think twice before you use this company to build your dream home.Review from Brian M

How is this company still in business?! I would like to leave zero stars but I can not. The building process was a complete joke! Cringe worthy foreman / on site supervisor would not allow us to meet and go through the process covering up all the mistakes made along the way. As of now, we are feeling the ever lasting effects of bad craftmanship!! Such as the roof, all the external pipes were never sealed which caused extensive damage. Costing thousands of $ in repair. They get you to sign papers quick and you never hear from them again. We couldn’t even get them to give us information about color schemes through out to do any touch ups. Electrical issues galore! We had to replace microwave 3x due to bad connections inside the walls and buried lines for cable outlets. The air handler deck in attic was not built to code. How did this house even pass inspections? I could go on with a lot of other problems we encountered but have had enough!! If you take anything from this review or the others here, it is simple. Do NOT use this company.Review from Tyler H

I recently purchased a home from Anglia. I thought they were professional throughout the transaction, and that for the current market, they offered a great value. They addressed all items I noticed in our walkthrough. As this was a new construction, I noticed 3 (relatively minor but still important) issues after moving in; I submitted a warranty request in the morning, and within the same day they had sent people out to fix 2 of the issues, with a serviceman for the 3rd issue coming only a couple days later. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and the quality of their response to the issues. As far as build quality, it’s still early but I haven’t encountered anything yet that I would consider flimsy or cheap. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Anglia again in the future.Review from Andrea K

Wish I could leave zero stars. This is a horrible company who only employee devious people. Anyone who is honest doesn't last long here. You ask for help, they say it's not their concern, problem, department, etc. Do not buy. I don't care what you have to do, do not buy. You will regret to the bottom of your soul. Paint washes off, they say it's not warranty. Oven is dangerous, they say don't have kids or don't let kids in the kitchen. They mocked us. Regional Manager said he was smart enough to put the oven high enough kids couldn't touch in his house. A/C has broken 4 times in a year. No heat in 40 degree weather, they said we must have went into the attic and broke it. Roof isn't secure. The most frustrating thing is they don't give a care, they don't think we are humans worthy of a product. They got our money, they don't care.Review from Yolanda S

Caveat Emptor. I would advise you to read everything before you sign any papers. Take your time. Don't let anyone rush you to sign any paperwork or provide paperwork they say is necessary, but is not. Know your rights. Ask lots of questions. They won't like it, but you have to protect yourself, because they have NO intention of protecting you. They are self-serving. Back out if it doesn't feel right. You gut instinct is probably right. I did and I don't regret it.Review from David R

The Angelia Home Warranty is really bad. Dont buy these homes. Bought this home only a month and half ago and several things have had problems. On one that happen just yesterday, the beam holding up a ceiling is cracking and cant get anyone to come and fix. Sheet rock is falling off, cracking on molding and on the slate of the counder top. Told them and they said they would contact someone but its cracking even more. Also the front Glass of a window on the front of the home had scratches all over it and they refused to come and replace it said it was not done thru the walk thru so its my problem. The scratches were done when they put the window in. Still waiting on the beam, so would recommend not looking or buying a Anglia Home if you want a home without problems and a warranty that is good to its word.Review from Viomarie G

I attempted to purchase a home back in Aug 2021. However, my deal fell through due to some challenges. I am beyond frustrated that it took 13+ weeks to receive my deposit back. I will never return to do business with them again and I will make sure my friends and family do not purchase from them.
