            I was enrolled in Custom Comfort gold club from approximately 1/2018 until now. The company’s program was supposed to perform bi-annual maintenance/service on both (total two) of my HVAC air conditioner outdoor units. I paid a recurring monthly charge of $20.70 for this program. The last date of service for both of my units was 8/2021. The company was supposed to service my units in February and August of 2022 and they failed to do so. Whenever I would contact customer service I was always told that they would contact me back to schedule and they never would. I requested to speak with a Supervisor on multiple occasions and I was always told that she would contact me back and she failed to do so. On 9/8/2022 I contacted Custom Comfort to schedule service and I was told by a representative that the Gold program was discontinued and they no longer offered it. I asked the representative if the program was discontinued why was I not notified and why did they continue to deduct monthly payments from my account and refuse to complete my service? Custom Comfort continued to deduct $20.70 monthly from my checking account and now they refuse to service or refund my money. This constitutes fraud, theft, and deceptive practices. I want my monthly payment of $20.70 that I paid from 9/2021-8/2022 totaling $248.40 to be refunded to me because no service was ever delivered and they continued to charge me for a program that no longer existed.

            Scheduled preventative service call for fall customer service set appt already paid for spring winter package and they come out for winter preventative and tell me I owe them and to renew for $380.00 a significant increase from year before / I call Richard and tell him nearly 3 times how I set appt and had I been told i already had them out for both spring and summer which I question that would not have had them out to house and they need to reverse 200 dollars - I had duct work new ac and dehumidifier cost a lot and Richard called me a ****** customer and hung up on me/ horrible company and customer service hard to schedule appointments- they obviously have to many ****** members business- I am reporting and warning they could careless about customer after they get your money

            On 11/7/22 a heating tune-up was completed, and the Maintenance Plan was renewed which included this tune-up plus an A/C check. On 8/4/23 an A/C maintenance was completed which fulfilled the 2022 agreement. On 11/20/23 we performed one heating tune up at our regular price as the customer did not want to pay for the Maintenance Plan renewal. The customer does not remember us performing the 2 services on the last Maintenance Plan so we emailed the signed receipts/invoices to her. Her husband agrees that everything they paid for was honored and he paid the office for the service call on 11/20/23 but she continued to argue using profanity to the staff and managers even after she had the signed proof of services. She left threating messages on our voice mail calling us retarded a-holes. We hope that she is able to take a second look at the facts and see that we did not do anything but provide her the services she requested at the rates we agreed on.
