I will never use this company again. We had used them two times before without problem. So at the time it was a no brainer to use them a third time. But, apparently the quality of their staffing and work has become less than par. My experience with them installing tile in my bedroom and closet was horrible. The people they sent out were not very professional. They stated the job would take two days and it ended up taking 6. The initial install day they did not show up, I had to call to find out why. Once they finally showed they ripped up the carpet, left it on my lawn for my neighbors to stare. While ripping up the carpet, they broke a bathroom tile and didn’t replace it like they stated they would. Then, they broke a mirror and a leg on my brand new dresser. When moving my brand new bed, they shifted the parts and caused it to be dismembered. Now it squeaks. The workers took long breaks and would have to Uber back and forth. The “finished” product has grout all over the actual tile. The transitions are already lifting. They put grout in my sink that caused my sink to clog and now the plumbing is an issue. They blew a fuse and now my outlets in the front of my house are not working. I brought this all to their attention and they came out, assessed the situation, stated they were appalled and would get things fixed. Scheduled a date and never showed. I am unhappy and pretty disappointed. I need to be compensated for my time and the quality of work. Not to mention all of he above needs to be corrected.
