Jasmin was my salesperson when I signed up in 2019. I explained to her one of my pain points was completing the annual PCI compliance, it is something I know nothing about. I have tried to complete the reports unsuccessfully in the past. Today I called and was hung up on by a rep named Desiree who was extremely rude and impatient. While my tone with her may have been a little frustrated, I feel it is warranted. I called back and spoke with Cynthia, who was much easier to speak with. She sent me to a supervisor named John who was short and rude as hell with me. I asked him why he was so confrontational and he explained that I'm not getting a refund. What kind of de-escalating response is that?? I could not finish a sentence without him interrupting shouting "You're not getting a refund". I couldn't even explain my reasoning. His continued aggressive attitude sent me over the edge, I cussed him out, I lost it and hung up on him. They really need better training! I will not let this issue drop until the promises their rep made to me are fulfilled. This is an issue I will not let go. Also afraid of all of the termination fees I keep reading about from other unhappy (and aware) customers.

They are bad. They think that 3500 charges for the same amount -$19.00 to the same customer over a period of 5 minutes is normal????? They do not use the latest encryption as relayed to me by Marcos the manager, will not call you RUN AWAY FROM THEM and I was with them for 6 years. They have no way to stop fraudulent attacks as it is not in their best interests to do so because they will be deduct a fee for each charge attempted weather approved or declined.
