      Delivery guy was rude! Unprofessional. Didn't call or text before arrival. Dragged item in hallway broke wallflower plug-in. Refused to take the used item away unless I give him $25. I told him when I placed the order it came with delivery will take it away! He said NO it doesn't and left. AFTER 15 minutes he returned with phone in hand says on is phone that yes he was to take it away and rudely and threatening say do I want him to take it or not? I said no and leave my property. Reading reviews and complaints about this company it needs to shut down or take a class in running a busy on hiring and training it's employees because they sulk??

      ****** ******** contracted with this company to deliver my husbands bag that didn't make it on his flight. It was supposed to be picked up by 1 and delivered by 9pm. We were told they would reach out to us and after not hearing from them I called and was told they had the bag, verified the address and said they were waiting for a driver to pick up and it would be delivered by 9pm. Called again at 8:30 pm and they said the bag was still there and they were waiting on the driver. I told them the person I spoke with earlier said we'd have it by 9 and he became rude and hung up. My husband called back and he and another man got into an argument on how he spoke to me and when I tried to tell the guy what United said (I had just called them to complain about the way we were being treated) he said he didn't want to talk to me and hung up. The bag FINALLY got delivered at 10:30pm! Worst customer service; rude and obnoxious employees; sounded like they were partying in the background every time we called. If this is the company that will be delivering something to you I'd demand a different company! If I could've given 0 stars I would.

      Ordered a vanity from Home Depot and they had NonstopDelivery (Data Rush Couriers, 1216 Silber Rd, Houston, TX 77055) deliver. 1 st They never notified delivery prior to the actual day. A guy (Justin Lozano 832*446*8461) called me on April 11 at 1:20pm to say he was 20 minutes out from my home with the delivery. I called him back to ask him to give me time to get there to receive the vanity. I was at work and didn't get any notification other then his call. He informs he gotta call his supervisor. Never calls back to update and I called him back 6 times to see if he was still coming, never answered the phone. I call Home Depot customer service, they tell me that they are returning to vendor and I'll have reorder. I said that was not an option since the delivery Nonstop/Data Rush never contacted me prior. NEXT DELIVERY DATE, today 4.18.22. I requested they notify me if the delivery date was going be earlier then what Home Depot rescheduled. I did get a text for 4.18.22 between 4-6pm. I confirmed .Took off work at 2pm to get home early. Thank God I did sure enough they arrived at 3:15pm. Threw my vanity in front of my garage and I tried explain that I paid extra for the to bring over the threshold, they dropped my vanity roughly said it only say Basic on my paperwork. Got back in the truck and left me and my 5yr old to try and push it inside my home. Worst customer service ever. Don't hire these people to deliver anything. I'm a woman with small child who paid for these grown men to properly deliver my merchandise. And that's what I get. I will warn as many people as possible not to do business with either delivery company. Wish I could the video footage from ring camera which shows how they treated me and my merchandise.
