              We called this Ac company multiple times for a issue 6 to be exact while our home was under a 1 year warranty. The technican's that came out had no idea what they were doing. I was told to turn my Ac off and put the fan on in the middle of July and in the state of Texas our Ac should run on 75 at all times everytime they came out freon was put into system. We had to have a third party and builder come out with this Ac company just to find out that we had a leak in the coil the whole time. We waited 4 months till the month of December when our warranty went out due to this company stating the coil was on back order. We called the manufacturer to the Ac and was told the part was not on back order and can send it right out they were waiting for the warranty to run out. After using the Ac due to climate control (during the summer) the coil was replaced we had to pay out of pocket to the third party come back out to replace the compressor due to a prolong leak according to the Ac professional that we called.
