HORRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL OF A BUISNESS.My wife and I have been coming here only because of 1 veterinarian Dr. *** as a buisness and all other staff members are just completely incompetent and more a click of there own. my story's this. We had 2 dogs and 1 was coming to his end so we went to put them down, after 5 min of the injection the receptionist/helper *** said are you just about done I'm scheduled for lunch. SHAME ON YOU. years past and our 2nd dog is needing surgery to remove tumor in stomach. Wife goes down to schedule with Dr. because on the phone *** seems to be having a attitude and we just don't have time for this, Dr. said he u derstands and we'll be in touch to schedule. 3 days past we get a call and asked what seems to be the problem. We are curious to this as nothing we just want to schedule the surgery, Seems little ol *** made up a story my wife was being rude and yelling. This obviously didn't happen but were sorry for **** missunderstandings of emotions and feelings for herself bit were here for our lovely animal as this is a veterinarian clinic. We then are told this us just formality as a decision was made, PRIOR TO CALLING TO GET OUR SIDE, we're no longer welcomed here. I'm laughing out loud as I've never seen such irresponsible, careless, disgusting, and unprofessional of a actions taken to rectify a situation. SHAME ON YOU ALL legal
