Failed to book the tickets they agreed to after we paid and signed all the paperwork. Total scam to try and get you to sit in a 90 minute class. Avoid at all costs and book directly!

If you could give a -10 points we would. In an word they Humiliated a group of 11 tourists who just wanted to book a snorkeling trip. The people involved, especially Nate should be banned from working with the public. He was so absolutely rude, I was stunned and we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Mayors office. We mentioned we wanted to go snorkeling but everything was sold out, he said we could sit through a sales pitch and they would get us on the boat trip with no obligation to buy anything. We later found out there was an income limit to qualify to sit through the presentation (in fine print on email confirmation, but never mentioned in person), after we paid for the trip and went to the presentation, they asked everyone a few questions and then sat us all down together. Before they started, they asked us to stand up and asked if we really made less than $60,000 between the two of us in front of the whole group and we said yes and they said we had to leave and we would not be able to go on the snorkeling trip. They gave us a number to call Nate (Horrible person) to get our money back for the trip. We called and asked if we could go on the trip and just pay full price and he said NO and that it was our fault that we tried to trick them into thinking we could afford to buy that they were selling.
