My uncle resides in the ********************* building in **********, which is runned by Location LLC.As of the ending of May 2023 my uncle has been without an A/C at his residence, this is now the ending of July, 2 months later. With the temperature rising and still no A/C my uncle is wondering why it is taking so long. Locations is not responding to any communications on this subject, except that you have to wait until it is done. 2 months seems to be a long time for this situation to be unresolved.With the heat being what it is I am worried that this will not turn into a medical issue.

Our agent entered into a contract with a building inspector without our knowledge, agreement, or consent. He never provided us with a copy of the contract. The building inspector missed a huge structural defect that cost us $35,000 to repair. We were unable to take action against the inspector because our agent waived our damage rights and also locked us into a statute of limitations different from the law in ******. Unethical! Do not use this company.

They denied making errors to my billing and deny there is any mistakes to it and remain in denial.They alter and falsified their ledger to appear that the tenant oul them more money than in actual reality.They at their own will inappropriately add false charges to my rent ****. They ignored my complaints and don't fix the leaking plumbing and malfunctioning windows. Their contracted maintenance company for some secret reason packed up and lefted the property in disrepair, inresult Locations ****** had nobody to respond to repair work request. They evade all of my phone calls, disproved all my messages i lefted, discarded and ignored the letters in put in writting to their office, and do not respond to any of my emails. I have tolorated all of it without complaining and fixed it myself.But being cheated on my rent i diligently have paid them in full is intolerable.So after two days of posting this blog they woke up and finally gave everyone proper and acurrate instructions as to where and when rent money to be sent to. After months of deblaco this should have been in place on day one.However they still are in denial and is billing my for more money than i oul. Do you think my attorney should get involved? Since they refuse to speak to my litigation / mediatior.The management company Locations ****** insist upon the rent to be paid in cash or cashiers check. I paid them cash and a money order every month. My cash is good. My money order is good. They falsely accuse me of only paying them 5cents of my rent. My money order is made out for the entire amount of the rent IN FULL. Then falsely accuse me of my rent balance is late every month. And then charge me an extra $68 additional to my rent to pad the rent.I pay them every month and i'm NEVER LATE. They KEPT my money and pretends i never pay them.I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY I PAID THEM. And then they threathen to send my to their collection company.The place has no ventilation. No air ******
