    ****** made it clear she was way too important to take on my case &yet she took it anyway. It was nothing but a total and complete disaster of ******************* 5 months in I lost tens of thousands of dollars more waiting for her and her firm to do nothing but get me an extra $8000 which cost me over $50,000 in lost rent, personal items that she never prepared a list for that she told me she did. the carrier made the check out wrong for undisputed *********** allowed it to sit on his desk for 10 weeks instead of re-processing. It was only because I sent daily emails yelling at the carrier to please get the check out, and if I hadnt hammered it home myself it never wouldve gotten done. On top of that she lied about preparing a list for my personal items lost. She told me on at least two or three occasions for which I have documented emails that she was in the middle of preparing the list and working on it. When I then asked to have a copy of the list, she then admitted that she never had a list. It was never created. This was five months after the flood and water damage in my house. She has multiple people she copies on every email in order to intimidate me. I was feeling literally suicidal and she mocked me and made fun of me and traumatized me more because she belittled the amount of money that I had lost which included $45k in meals, failure to pay relocation & more. Because she failed to disclose that she could only get me $8000 more, after five months representing me she used over and over the excuse that she was in trial for the wildfire victims. Thats fine but then why take my case if youre only going to use that as an excuse not to delay? She was 2 months late to walk-thru and then was only able to get me something like $9000 more, over 5 months& only because I pushed for more & sent the proper photos she did not have or take.It was a HUGE waste of time/money.Stay far away from HPA. They made my life worse&ridiculed me.Totally unprofessional & inept.
