The helpers they have send -which rarely happens maybe 50% or less of the time they say they are sending someone - have been agreeable, and nice, but not well trained. However they only last for 2 to 3 weeks, then they send no one or a new helper is sent and the process of training and all starts all over again. NO HELPER HAS COME TO MY HOME MORE THAN 3 WEEK!!!! THEIR ARE MASSIVE problems with the administration, they are rude and often call 15 minutes after ********* was supposed to arrive to let me know known one is coming. This shows total disregard for us their customers. My home is not very dirty and I am kind to the helpers.They should not be allowed to be in business, seems like fraud, their is even a rumor going around that they don't pay on time or ever. That's really sad.

Dear *****,As there are always two sides to the story I will reply with the companies side. I will try to speak to all your concerns about the company and how your view of the occurrences from a lack of understanding about the home care agency industry and its purpose in service provision helped you come to your conclusion.As an in-home care agency, we are considered a support services agency. Clients must have a backup plan with family members or any other possible assistance in the event there is no coverage available. We, as any home care agency in *******, cannot guarantee any lapses in services due to many factors such as: Caregiver shortages in the industry and many other factors including working to meet every client's diverse and individual needs.B-HomeCare makes every effort to service all shifts and will continue to work to fulfill its client's needs.In reference to rudeness of office staff and receiving calls to inform you 15 minutes after was Supposed to arrive. I believe you may be equating rudeness to being informed late of caregiver not making it to the shift; however that would be an incorrect assumption as if a client ever receives a late informing call from us of caregiver arrival it would be because the caregiver themselves do not inform us that they will not be showing up. On our side as soon as we become aware of this we take the necessary measures right away to inform the client and also to try to find a last minute substitute. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the caregivers on this one not because we show disregard for our clients. We work around the clock to make sure we are doing our part to keep our clients serviced as we should.The last point I would like to touch on is actually more of a delicate one and one that I think does the most damage out of this sadly whole miss informed and at times seemingly malicious review.I will speak facts specially and strongest here even stronger than past lines. The accusations of fraud and rumor going around that B-Homecare does not pay its employees is one of potential legal repercussions of slander. You were informed by a caregiver whom had not been paid, yes at the moment had not gotten her pay for a few days past her pay day as we waited for her to submit time sheets. I dont think there is one home care agency in ****** or *** that would have done any different than what we do. Our agency gets paid only when our caregivers are diligent and submit electronic visit verification as they are supposed to and it is clearly explained to them in orientation and training. All caregivers receive thorough explanation that they have to prove their visit to the clients home as their is a lot of fraud from caregivers stating they have gone to work but have not. The only way agencies have to know if caregiver has really gone is to clock in via the app which captures location and they and Client sign off for having done the visit. If the caregiver is not diligent with this we temporarily allow a timesheet version of this check in. Neither B Homecare nor any other agency will pay any caregiver until this has been done. Its a requirement of the job which is thoroughly explained and they even sign a document agreeing to this. The reason again is very simple. If we dont have this we will not get paid and so we cannot pay caregivers. The caregiver must supply their time cards or Clock in so that they can be paid timely. That leads us to your review. From where I am seeing things the only one spreading rumors would be yourself posting your malicious and fact lacking review for everyone to see. We do understand everyone has the right to review and give their opinions, but I want to inform you that B Homecare will pursue any legal action necessary against any persons or organizations who excede the normal opinion parameters wether good or bad and jump into slander territory. You have every right to give it good or bad, but there is a line between opinion and slander when you are missing all the facts and that is a legal matter. The most unfortunate part to all of this is that by you spreading these rumors(non factual information), you are affecting not only yourself as you make caregivers quit due to a false piece of information but you also affect other clients who depend on this service and loose their caregivers because of false information like this. We work extremely hard to fill each case and shift and you sitting there spreading rumors to our caregivers and causing them to quit is not ok.To those reading this review and our reply, if you have any questions, our great office staff which is solid great people that have serviced the company faithfully for many years would love to talk to you and clear up any concerns you may have. We have hundreds of satisfied clients and employees unfortunately the only ones to take the time to review are the ones that have been angered by something and instead of taking the time to understand the circumstance decide to rant to the world. And thats fine too, everyone is entitled to it, so long as it does not become slander.
